Just returned from a two-day stay at the Embassy Suites. We were very pleased with our room, the friendly and helpful staff and the extras like the cooked-to-order breakfast and the Manager's reception that are included in the cost of a room. Some of the other perks included a shuttle (during our stay, our rental car never left the lot);...

Either for business or pleasure, this is a great place. I stay there when in the Tucson area on business, but I see many pleasure travelers there. I have stayed at a couple of the resorts in the area and they are nowhere near as friendly or comfortable.

I have stayed at this property for business travel a number of times. The rooms are exceptionally clean, the property is quiet and there are a nice variety of breakfast items each morning along with strong coffee. Super friendly and attentive breakfast staff start the day off right!

Good breakfast, good evening reception, good staff. No complaints about anything but a droopy shower curtain that wouldn't stay closed. I researched all the area hotels and resorts and picked this one. Would love to come back and stay again - no question!

Very nice Embassy Suites. Front desk very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast and happy hour are good. Friendly service provided. The rooms seem small but are clean and decorated nice enough. It was too cool to go to the pool but there is a fire pit. It is north of Tuscon and across the street from La Encantada shopping center.

This hotel's best attributes are its location and its friendly and helpful staff. It is older but has benefited from updating. The furnishings are ok and the room was very clean. As for negatives, first, there was no Keurig coffeemaker which eliminated one of Hilton's usual advantages over competing Marriott's offerings. The kitchen facilities in the room have been dumbed-down...

Checked in online, when we arrived, wonderful young woman at check in offered to find us a room more suited for our request for quiet. (Room 231) The room was perfect, with a balcony that allowed us to watch the wild life in the area even though there was a parking lot between the hotel and wooded area. Breakfast made...

This was my first trip to Tucson and honestly didn't know where anything was. We chose this property based on previous good experiences with this chain and the room lived up to expectations. The suite had plenty of room and was very clean and well maintained. We only interacted with staff at checkin but she was very friendly and helpful,...

The hotel is lovely with a picturesque view of the mountains. The staff is friendly, the breakfast offers everything a person could want. The cocktail reception is quite nice. We watched the sun set on the mountains every evening. Our suite was small but nice. Good restaurants nearby and easy access to the active recreation areas. Excellent choice overall!

We stayed here for five days in February 2016 and enjoyed it overall. The morning breakfasts were very good and the staff did a good job of keeping the food amply supplied. The people at the front desk were very helpful and willing to give directions and information about what to see and do. We had an upgraded premium room...
