Pleasant enough staff, but the hotel needs upgrading in the rooms; very dated in appearance, poorly lit, bath towels were very old & need replacing. Air conditioner was noisy as it started up. However, bed was comfy & the room was clean. Would stay there again if the price was right. Convenient parking & if you have a car, easy...

I stay here every time I am in Tucson, 4 -5 times per year. The hotel is less than ten minutes from the University and directly across from a nice large park. It is not on a major street so it is quiet. The staff is very nice and are always helpful. The breakfast is almost always good. I can...

The only positive I can give this place is that it is a good location to the university. The room smelled, carpets stained and shower need extra cleaning. The grounds were good and it looked as if it was a resort in the past. Hilton needs to renovate the rooms.

Hotel was clean, convenient and rooms were roomy and nice. The AC worked great in the rooms and that was a definite plus!!! AC in halls wasn't on very high but didn't matter once you got into your room. Pool area looked very nice and staff was friendly

I travel quite a bit to Tucson with work and this is my favorite place to stay. Rooms are very nice in the tower, well lit trail to run on across the street, plenty of places close to eat & centrally located for my work schedule. I've stayed in many locations around Tucson but this is my new go-to location...

This hotel was very near the Parkplace Mall which is where I was going for business. I enjoyed the Southwest style and comfortable decor. There were restaurants, a pool, a tennis court, and a little store on the hotel premises. The room was large, clean, and the bed very comfortable. The only negatives that I would mention, was the internet....
