This property is in the worst part of a very insafe neighborhood. In three stays over the last couple of weeks they stopped providing coffee, Kleenex, because they ran out. The bed in the room gave me was horrible, holes in rotted box spring and springs sticking up in mattress. I asked for a different room and was told the... More

We booked online, and the pictures are shopped like no other. We spent enough time in the room to try and get our money back to no avail. There were boogers on the wall in the bathroom and under one of the pillow cases. The sheets were stained and the carpet was disgusting. The bathroom wall was rotted out and... More

John, The pictures we have online are not up to date. In fact, our rooms look much better than what is advertised. Our hotel is inspected by Choice Hotels twice a year to make sure we deserve the brand of Choice Hotels. We gave you room number 117, which is one of our best rooms here that are rented regularly... This place is in dire need of a total renovation :( I booked it blind using my Choice Hotels membership, and was SHOCKED at the pit this place turned out to be! Conveniently located next to I-10 is the best thing I can mention..... but certainly not a place for two lady travelers to stop and stay. The very first... More

Dear customer, I am not sure when your stay was here but it hasn't rained here in months actually. Mini waterfalls in the office? I'm sure you have us confused for some other hotel. Maybe you stayed here when the old management was handling this establishment, which was very poorly. We are the new management here and have been for... More

I booked this property with some trepidation, based on some of the reviews I've seen here and on other sites, but I was pleasantly surprised with the room. Apparently some upgrading and remodelling has been taking place, and I was placed in a newly redone room. The room was spotless, the furniture was all in excellent condition, and the bed... More

Dear Customer, Thank you for your positive feedback and review. We are indeed in the process of renovating the motel as it is under a new management. As for your comments regarding a photocopy of your ID, it is a law here in the city of Tucson. The police department of this city has issued a statement to all the... More

Let me start off by saying that this is a budget lodging and not some fancy 5-star hotel. You get what you pay for, which is more than enough with the kind of price they charge. You get free parking, free wi-fi, free breakfast. What else can you ask for with a price that cheap? Although I agree that the... More

Room was quiet and bed was clean. room could use a little fix-up. Continental breakfast was useless with water down coffee and toast. But if you are on the move and just need a place to rest and clean up - then ok to stay otherwise stay away.

The outside door did not shut properly, the remote on the TV worked part of the time, no way to fill the lavatory with water, the light over the lavatory did not work until you banged the right side of the fixture, didn't have maid service one day, did not have towels or washcloths, no wakeup call that was scheduled,... Although the hotel is located in the rougher part of the city, it is easy off easy on to the highway. The front desk clerk was very friendly at 2 am. The room, was very dated, exceptionally clean. Carpets were not stained. Very friendly staff. I stay here again.
