Celebration of life for my sister. Not a pleasure trip. The bathroom had been used when we got to the room. They matched the internet rate for the room to compensate. Never sent anyone to the room after we complained nor did they offer to move us.

I have never been to Tucson. The Omni National was recommended by my co-workers to stay as I was here to attend their holiday party. Great choice. It was truly a RESORT type feel. I would definitely stay here again when I come back for a visit!

The good- Omni staff were always attentive, and when needed they came quickly and ready to help. The bad- we stayed at the Haciendas which has a kitchenette, but over the course of time, some silverware was missing, some were dirty, and even though there was dishwashing soap, there was no sponge. The carpets were outdated as well. However, the...

With two restaurants on the premises, a spa, golf, tennis, two pools and a gym, the Omni has a lot to offer guests, but it's sorely in need of a makeover. Upon entering the lobby, our first impression was that we had stepped back in time to the eighties. It also had an unpleasant odor. We opted to transport our...

The hotel grounds are lovely. My room was large and old. The outlets did not work well. I had to charge my pone in the bathroom. They provided a coffee maker, which was good. However, there was no outlet nearby. I had to put the coffee pot on the floor with the outlet to brew a cup of coffee. TV...

We booked this hotel for a week mainly for the rate and where pleasantly surprised by our overall stay. Staff (from top to bottom) may be the most friendly group in all my traveling experience. Amenities were nice and in line with a hotel of this caliber, add in the staff, and the quality of the facility come through.

Enjoyed both courses and have plans in place to return with friends next year! Great staff.. efficient, helpful, and each expressed appreciation for our business. Nice spa, pool and amenities... we extended our visit by three days; I think that says it all!
