i travel often, and far... i was greeted at the Conquistador Resort, upon check-in, by an extremely proficient, friendly and cordial front desk supervisor... she and her peers went "over and above" what i expected from front desk and resort customer service providers... they were all very cordial, accommodating, patient, efficient, kind and engaging throughout my stay - from valet...

We decided to get away for a short staycation and wanted to give the El Conquistador a shot. It was a really nice stay overall. Everyone was very, very nice and constantly asking what they could do for us. The main pool area keeps me from giving the place an "excellent" rating; more chairs are definitely needed and they ran...

I have stayed at this hotel for about 10 years. I have always had a positive experience and enjoyed the grounds and rooms. This trip was different. The rooms and facilities are looking and feeling old. With the number of resorts in Tucson, this hotel is not keeping up.

Hilton properties in my experience have always been great places to stay and this Hotel in no exception. The grounds are gorgeous and the restaurants and Convention Center are equally well appointed. The main pool is large, well kept and the poolside wait staff outstanding. True, it is very much a pool set up for youngsters but there is a...

The place is good but not as good as it used to be. Finding a considerable amount of mold on the bathroom ceiling is evidence. The food at the restaurant is decent. We had really good things and some very mediocre. The service is good with carts to take you to the different parts of the resort.

This hotel is located in the beautiful foothills of the Catalina Mountains of north Tucson. The hotel is elegant and well priced, especially during the summer, which is Tucson's off season. I would especially recommend this hotel to families.

I stayed here for two nights in mid June while attending a conference. The location is a considerable distance from the freeway, but that is what gives this place charm. Check-in was easy and the front desk staff were very welcoming. I did ask for an upgrade for Hilton Honors members but the hotel was at capacity, so I was...

My husband and I honeymooned here 30 years ago. This time I was on business, but he came along and enjoyed the pool and golf. Meals were relaxed and great. The suite was wonderful. And the Ridge is an amazing backdrop.
