I had to request a refund from this hotel, I could not bring myself to spend one night. I am generally not a snob when it comes to hotels, however the Viscount smells horrible and is extremely rundown and filthy. They keep birds inside in cages which I am sure attributed to the odor, but was not the main source...

We recently stayed at the Viscount Suite Hotel and it was an average stay. We received a discount rate through another website so the price was great. The room was average and in need of updating and maintenance. The appliances (microwave & fridge) were a bit of a mess and I was shocked to find CRT televisions. Additionally, we didn't...

We stayed here for a family reunion and banquet. I would not have ordinarily chosen this based on the rating and given we normally steer ourselves toward one the well establish chains. We received a discount rate of $79/night for the Premier (remodeled) Queen Suites. Sight unseen we were delighted with the price and the fact that the room could...

Took advantage of a special offer knowing nothing about thid hotel. Front desk folks were very welcoming and provided a lot of useful information. The room was much like an Embasy Suites room. The living-working area was very comfortable. though lighting could have bee better. Bathroom was clean and modern. Coffee snack area was sufficient and immaculately clean. beds were...

This has been our first stay back since December 2012-January 2013 and while a lot has stayed consistent, a lot has changed also. One of the biggest thing for us was the removal of the in-room movie system. There has never really been very many channels so the in-room movies really helped when we needed something to watch. Now, the...

We spent a week at the Viscount in early June. It was our second time at the hotel (with perhaps 10 years between visits) and we'd definitely return. The most memorable aspect of staying at the Viscount is fabulous breakfast with more hot and cold choices than you could possible ask for, including a fresh waffle and omelette bar (busy...

Made the reservation with Linda on the phone and she greeted us at the desk with a big smile when we arrived. The facility was so nice, we gathered family from Tucson and Chandler for a quick reunion. Beautiful suite with many extras, dinner at Wilburs, and a pleasant full breakfast. Every staff member we encountered was pleasant and helpful....
