Check-in clerk was a bit short, which was understandable since it was after midnight. Although we did not ask for/need it, we were given a handicap room. The bed was sagging, the A/C needed service since it made very loud metallic grinding/squeaking noises throughout the night, the faucet and shower ran only very hot water, which was almost impossible to...

A lot of reviews mentioned that the hotel is in need of a facelift, and it does. While we were there, the staff was very excited to tell us about the remodeling set to begin soon. When that is done, the place will be hard to beat. We were in a suite with a living room and a terrace, which...

Upon arriving, the hotel decor was lovely. The staff was friendly and helpful. The layout hotel is genius, no rooms are near the elevator. Breakfast was good and their was a good selection. The restaurant had good food, not a big selection, and a little pricey. I would stay here again.

My sister's wedding and my first time ever away from my kids and Husband. Great home away from home! Most of the staff had warm smiles and when anything was asked they made sure it was possible. I can't wait to go back with my family next year! I stayed on the 6th floor an enjoyed an executive room.

Clean but noisy. Staff was nice but did not do anything about the noise when we reported it. Room had nice views and comfortable beds. Would have been better if we had been able to get a good night's sleep

We had a spacious room on the executive floor with good view over the pool. The bed was very comfortable and housekeeping maintained a high level of care and cleanliness. The inclusive breakfast in the executive lounge always provided a good selection of fruit, muffins and pastries within its offer of a continental breakfast. The evening manager's reception was usually...

The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, Philip, Concierge was especially outstanding in customer service with personality! The pool is small, however well maintained with towel service. Close to mall, food service, well lit parking lot.
