Hotel's Favourite
This is a newer hotel located right in the middle of everything in Salem, MA. I'd been here before to check out their roofdeck and wanted to stay overnight ever since. My room, while small, was very cozy and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and the water pressure was great. (Water pressure is very important to me.) The Hotel Salem were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. I enjoyed my stay very much.

Really great hotel located right on the main street of Salem near all the shops. Very friendly and helpful staff, clean and super unique decor. They have a really nice roof top restaurant and bar. The only thing I didn't anticipate was that they don't have hotel parking but the public parking garage isn't too far from the hotel and is located right by the witch city mall. Highly recommend!

Stayed at the hotel salem with my girlfriend and had a very pleasant stay! The staff was very welcoming and the general manager Joe was extremely accommodating. The front desk staff was very informative and the roof was truly the top spot in the city! 360 degree views and an expansive drink menu. The room was very clean and pretty sleek. When seeking something to do in the city everyone that worked there had great recommendations of stuff to do. The hotel has plenty to do and is perfect for walking around downtown salem. Would absolutely stay here again!

The hotel Salem has a great roof top bar spacious rooms and great customer service. Kassandra helped us when we had a issue with our room and kept apologizing and was quick to answer any of our questions about the room and town. Also pointed us to some books on Salem since we were so interested Olivia as well was such a sweet lady she was running around busy she still stopped and greeted us. The hotel is great but the customer service is what made this place special
