The hotel was close to river walk. But the room was small, couldn't move, sheets were upside-down on the bed and the room had a musty smell. Over all it was clean. Pay to park. People were nice.

I apologize for the difficult time you had with your door lock. It is my understanding that we did offer an alternate room while our engineer came in to unlock your room. Regardless I understand your frustration and apologize for the inconvenience.
