My husband, Grant and I travel a lot due to his profession. We are shocked that ANYONE would give less than a 5 star rating. We have stayed in different rooms: one in the Oge House and the other the carriage house and they both exceeded our expectations. We are accustom to fine amenities and were not in the least...

I had a difficult time rating my overall experience of my stay here. If I could have broken the rating up I would have given the living room/kitchen an excellent. We really enjoyed the space. Nice size, interesting use of materials, and French doors that opened onto a lovely outside sitting area. However, the bedroom felt stuffy. The bed wasn't...

This was a 3 girlfriends weekend which took place the end of January. The Pancoast Carriage House was a perfect location for us, it featured spacious bedrooms with a gas fireplace, clawfoot bath tubs, a cute efficient kitchen and comfortable living room area. We were treated to a delicious breakfast every morning prepared lovingly by Megan, she was also so...

Although not the cheapest accomodation, the carriage house has a charm that puts it in a class apart. The rooms are small but really cosy. the bathrooms are old-style with claw-foot baths although the shower arrangement was a bit claustrophobic. The shared living accomodation could beneft from a bit of an update and the tv there was a bit of...

Horrible experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I paid a ridiculous fee for a fri afternoon check in and mon monring check out which cost $510 - To me that A LOT for a bed and breakfast, these fees are comparable to the new hyatt downtown - which you are better off staying in. That rate got a me a room above the garage! According...

We had a fantastic stay at the Pancoast Carriage House Suite. My husband and I stayed there the 2 nights following our wedding, and despite arriving well after midnight, we had no problems getting into the suite (even in the rain). During our stay we had a wonderful complimentary breakfast that was home-cooked and they even provided my husband with...

My husband and I just got back home from a wonderful stay at the Noble Inns. We stayed in the Pancoast Carriage House. I really liked that we had a full kitchen and swimming pool that was available for us to use through out our stay. Although we didn't use the kitchen, it was nice to know that we were...

The Carriage House has 3 bedrooms - don't rent any on the top floor as they take work on your part. The room was nice in that it had a fireplace, central a/c set at 72, small TV, antique furniture, and a ceiling fan - but being in a built out attic also meant you had to bend a lot,...

I'm not sure who these past positive reviews were written by but do not, I repeat do not, believe them. The website pictures and the actual B&B in no way represent what this place actually is like. This place is both highly expensive and awful at so many levels. It is rated as 4-diamond ... I have no idea how...

We just spent one night here but will definitely come back. The Carriage House has a common kitchen and living area with three bedrooms off of it. We had room 2 which was very well decorated and comfortable. Breakfast was in the big house and was really good. Can't wait to come back and stay longer.

“We, as a couple, especially loved staying in The Carriage house because we enjoy our privacy and having a kitchen. We loved the sitting area outside and it's fountain: charming. We liked the option to socialize in The Oge House when we chose to. The Carriage House was beautifully decorated and cozy:) It is our first choose!”

“We were in the carriage house which is up stairs. We opened the windows for a cooler room at night. Helpful to bring coffee, beverages and food as we did not find a local grocery story within walking distance.”

“Stay away from the rooms upstairs at the Carriage house if stairs are difficult for you, if you need even footing (there are tripping hazards in the unit itself), if bending and balancing are not an issue while showering. If you expect a great B & B experience try the Oge or Jackson House, it is more expensive but also more of an experience.”
