So beautifully decorated. Very close to the Guenther House (Pioneer flour mill) for breakfast or lunch and walking distance to the river. Such an enjoyable walk all the way to the downtown River Walk, about 3/4 of a mile in beautiful lush surroundings. Located on the southside with walking to great family owned, delicious restaurants. You can also catch a...

This place is located in King William Historical Area and within walking distance (for us who are walkers) to the Alamo and the River Walk and short driving distance to the Missions. We had a brochure of a self-guilded walk of the King William Historical area which started about a block away. This place is an number of older buildings...

We've been staying here every year for about 10 years now. The current owners have been here about 7 of those years and are wonderful people. They make it easy to check in and out and are very accommodating with reasonable requests. There are normally 5-7 of us in 3 rooms. I have personally slept in at least 6 rooms...

Great staff, convenient to the the river walk and restaurants, and a quiet place to reflect on life. This the second time we have stayed for our anniversary. Have recommended to friends and family. The neighborhood is in The King William District and backs up to the river. Excellent for a strolling and taking in the beautiful scenery.

I stayed with my wife at the King William Manor during a sunny weekend in early October for a wedding celebration. The property, large enough to house both the bride and groom's families and close friends with ample space, is jaw-dropping. The common spaces as well as the personal suites (let's call them "rooms") offer a compelling and yet cozy...

We traveled to attend a wedding and stayed in the 3 bed Carriage House set next to the heated pool, it was very spacious, comfortable and clean. We wanted for...

We stayed in the Plantation Room, and it was very clean, comfortable, and spacious. From what I could tell, all of the rooms were great. We also really enjoyed the relaxing lawn and pool. We...

I'd never visited San Antonio before last weekend, and I have to say-- Whoa! What a way to experience the city-- and what a way to celebrate the union of True Love! The location is choice! The property was large enough to house both the bride and groom's families and close friends with ample space, more amenities than I could've...

The King William Manor has a combination of rooms in the Manor House and a two bedroom carriage house in the back. We had a small family reunion for Christmas as our children are scattered in different cities. My wife and I stayed in the Manor (Africa Room) and the children (now adults with jobs) stayed in the carriage house....

If you want something a little different than your typical stay on the river walk, I highly recommend staying in "Southtown" and staying at the King William Manor. They are very well priced and the accommodations are great. Our room was very clean and the place was nice and quiet. You can walk to so many great things, including the...
