This property was in a great location. It is within walking distance to the main part of Friday Harbor, five minute walk. The owner was very nice and helpful in recommending dinner options and where to see the 4th of July fireworks. The room itself was clean, however it had somewhat of a musty smell to it. There is a... My friend book a room for us and two other couples and we found it comfortable, quiet and convenient. The owners were nice. Everything was great and we had a really nice visit. My nephew and his band Made of Boxes, were playing at Herbs Tavern both nights so it was a great place to stay!!

I stayed with my husband and 9 month old daughter. It was very homey, clean, comfortable and close to town. My only complaint would be the noise. The walls seem to be very thin? Or maybe not well insulated ? Every person that walked by woke us up and occasionally the baby. The owner was very helpful and even pointed... More

This property is more of a residential property than a hotel. It is basically an apartment complex that has a handful of rental units. We stayed in unit 3, which was "not updated," according to the management (we were offered an updated unit, but we didn't care about that.) It was a cute little studio with a bed, a full... More

So, I found myself without a place to stay when arriving for a three month stint as a medical traveler at Friday Harbor...fortunately, I discovered a wonderful little one bedroom condo and was able to secure it from the owner, fully furnished and turn-key. It was furnished with high quality furniture and all the creature comforts and everything brand new,... More

Walk to everything, no need for car, nice gym and pool. Some units privately owned are spectacular and others very average. CCRs say NO PETS but there were some people with pets there. Suggest ask for ACTUAL pictures of the EXACT unit you are renting so that you know if you are getting a unit set up for a couple... More

This is a cheap place to stay in Friday Harbor. You get the cheap quality you pay for. On check in our room was not very clean. My husband and I went through and wiped everything down since we would be staying here a couple of weeks. We had been booked for a 1 bedroom and when we arrived we... More

In our room, the oven did not have a knob, the drawers were broken, and the bed was very uncomfortable. One of the washers did not spin so all the clothes were soaked. Everything in the weight room was broken. There were loud drunks at the pool area during weekend nights making it difficult to sleep. Worst of all, we... More

This place has been around for quite some time. It does not have a good reputation among islanders. On the other hand, accomodation in Friday Harbor is very overpriced so this is a good alternative, especially for longer stays or for summer jobs (weekly and monthly rates). The interior could have been from a second hand store but at least... More

This place is a great value for the money. My wife and I stayed there for 85 bucks a night and found it quite serviceable. Plus, the owners are nice, colorful characters. On top of that, the rooms have some pretty wild decorations, and some of the statues in the courtyard are,,,well, I'll just say they're interesting. We didn't give... More

“Upstairs unit accessible by 3 or 4 steps is as accessible as it gets and quieter than downstairs. Mine was a very quiet unit. Unit 21. It has a GENUINE TEMPURPEDIC BED!!! When you must stay in a small place like this, under 600 sq ft, it is wonderful to have high quality appointments like I did.”
