I recently stayed at the Hacienda for a wedding. The service at the hotel is among the best I have experienced in Santa Fe. Our room and the amenities in the Hacienda wing made the stay especially memorable. The staff at this hotel is truly top-notch. Each individual goes above and beyond to ensure that your stay is a pleasant...

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this hotel!! Upon entering the hotel, guests are greeted with soothing Native American music, lovely Southwestern décor in warm colors, and a friendly staff. This is our 2nd stay at Hotel Santa Fe and definitely not our last. In addition to great service in an immaculately clean environment, there is a concierge to assist with all details...

This hotel property has many amenities and is a 15 minute walk from downtown and the central Plaza. It also operates a free shuttle service to sights, attractions and restaurants within an area that covers most of downtown Santa Fe (it isn't exactly free since there is a resort fee). But it is extremely convenient. We went all the way...

I stayed at Hotel Santa Fe for a wedding and had a wonderful experience. The hotel has an excellent location in the new Railway district, including the must-see Saturday and Wednesday farmer's market, and convenient to everything in Santa Fe. The staff provided friendly and professional service. The Hacienda Wing has especially beautiful rooms. This is a great location for...

I recently had a small intimate wedding of about 20 people at the Hotel Santa Fe. The service, staff, reception dinner, and overall experience was top notch. I am so glad that I had my wedding there. I'll start with the good. The restaurant is better than the average midrange hotel restaurant and not overpriced. That said, there are a number of options for better and less expensive food within walking distance. Another reviewer was negative about the location. Indeed there are a number of strip malls close by but the Plaza and Capitol are only a...

Quote 'you can't please all the people all of the time" - and I guess if you try really hard, one can find fault in almost any operation. Refreshments during meetings are arranged through the meeting planner. Our toiletries are not dinky/poor quality! And I could go on!! I am sorry that you were not happy with us, but I...

We spent 6 nights at the Hacienda for both business and vacation. It is in the railroad district, walkable to most places, but also offering a shuttle cab. Yes! Sadly the original engineering of our hot water/boiler configuration is lacking and although I have completed several reviews of the system, it will be impossible to resolve without tearing the building apart! Many thanks for staying with us and we hope to see you again soon!
