The Inn is located just a stroll from the Plaza with its shops and restaurants. The rooms are a bit on the small side but updated, clean and shiny complete with nice touches like local shampoos... The staff was very pleasant and accomodating...allowed an early check in which was great. The complimentary breakfast buffet had several Southwest style items..delicious! We...

This place looks a lot better on photo. Overall this place has a cheap motel feel to it. Maybe because we got a standard room, but I would definitely not recommend this place based on TripAdvisor's rating. The gym and spa area is dingy and wouldn't step foot in it. The bathroom was small and stained. The whole place seems...

Dear Nelson L, I am sorry you were not able to appreciate what so many of our long time return guests enjoy about the ambiance, cleanliness, and warmth of our property and dedicated staff. Our bathrooms are small but extremely clean, the building you stayed in was completely updated in February of 2016. I am curious to know what motels...

We have stayed here many times driving through Santa Fe and every single time the rooms have been very comfortable and clean with attention to detail. Breakfast and coffee are good. Personally I would like to see organic options, like organic eggs and more gluten free options. Internet could be a little faster :). Staff is friendly. Overall atmosphere is...

Dear Mr. Hartman, The power outage on August 6th included most of Santa Fe and while it is certainly inconvenient, and of course very frustrating for guests arriving after a long day of travel, it was nothing we had any control over. We provided cheese and crackers and wine to help tide our guests over. I am so sorry to...

My wife and I returned to the inn for the third time this past December. Our room was wonderful, the staff polite and helpful, and the breakfast and wine time good as always. We look forward to returning soon.

We have stayed her several times in every type of room, and have NEVER been disappointed. It is a charming, cozy, intimate boutique hotel that envelops you in the ambiance of Santa Fe from the moment you walk in the front door. The rooms, staff, amenities - all top notch! Their breakfast buffet offers an extensive array of hot and...

Stayed here four years ago for New Year. Staff very hospitable, room comfortable and overall wonderful stay. This time the only negative was food in the onsite restaurant - stew was cold, service a bit sketchy. Breakfast buffet and afternoon wine and cheese were great though. Would definitely stay here again and perhaps the dinner was one of those "Rare"...

We stayed at the Inn on the Alameda in October 2016 and had a wonderful visit. The room was spacious and clean, tastefully decorated and felt very private and comfortable. I am a hotel snob and really couldn't find anything to criticize. Breakfast pretty good, not great although their was plenty to select from. We would return again. We were...

Wonderful stay in a cozy Casita! We arrived and were in a Casita without a fireplace - I had assumed all Casitas had one. Tom found us a couple rooms to choose from and found a wonderful one with a fireplace. Always a relaxing place to be and a very easy walk to the Plaza or Canyon Road.
