This was our third stay at the Inn. We were in 130 for six nights. The location, staff (except for one), service, food were up to their usual excellence. Room 130 was "quaint". We enjoyed the convenience to the lobby and parking. The room was not functional. The bathroom did not provide enough shelves to place our items, just one...

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW
Reviewed 1 week ago

We have stayed at many hotels through the years in Santa Fe, but this is the first time we've stayed here. Our room was larger than many we've had in Santa Fe, and the staff and food were very good. It is more of a walk to the square than some other places we've stayed, but still just 5-10 minutes.....

Clean, comfortable, quiet room, delicious breakfasts, tasty happy hour treats, helpful staff, convenient. Would not hesitate to stay there again or to recommend it. It's walking distance to all of the top attractions and for those less vigorous, there's a free shuttle service offered by the hotel within a 3-mile radius for access to Museum Hill and other worthy trips.

Close to everything. We did lots of walking and enjoyed the area very much. The staff was the friendliest I have ever experienced. Loved the included breakfast and happy hour. Meeting room was convenient and perfect for our group. The room was lovely.

From the minute you enter, the hospitality extended is quite exceptional. The front office staff informs you of the complimentary breakfast, wine and cheese hour, and shuttle to and from town. Our room was perfect, spacious, with a balcony and fireplace. Sergio gave us maps, very good directions, and suggestions on "must sees" and restaurants and shuttled us to town....

Inn on the Alameda was excellent. We were upgraded to a King suite at no extra charge. Close to the Plaza and Canyon road galleries. Breakfast had a nice New Mexico flair.Everything in the room was just right.

My brother and I were traveling with my mom who is now on hospice. This was considered her last big trip and wanted it to be restful. The three of us loved everything about this hotel. The room was gorgeous and clean and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel was situated in a prime spot with everything close by....

Central location, easy walking distance to Sandra Fe square Professional and friendly staff. Room was more a casita with a separate sitting area an ]d bedroom with a small enclosed garden/patio off the bedroom. Nice touch was the log burning fire in the room re;;y lent an ambience to our stay. Breakfast is included, was ok.

We stayed three nights. From check in to check out, The staff was very accommodating. We needed a special meeting room for two events and it was ready, set up, and becausewe needed very little "stuff" there wasn't any charge. The hotel is walking distance to the historic places and art venues and galleries. They provide a shuttle to nearby...

“130 needs to be fixed so that it is more functional for a multi-night stay. IT DOES NOT FUNCTION WELL. We will need to think twice before returning to the Inn. This was a disappointing stay insofar as the room was concerned. Certainly expected a much more functional and comfortable room for the $300+ per night rate. Right now, I would not recommend the Inn to friends and family.”
