We were one of three couples renting casitas at Adobe Star. The initial reservations were made smoothly approximately 5 months in advance. one month before the visit I contacted Adobe Star by phone call (no response); by text (no response) and by email (no response) to confirm our reservation. This left me wondering if we had been stiffed with no...

We didn't choose to stay at this property. We booked a room at a sister property, Adobe Abode, based on great reviews. A month or two later we were contacted and informed that they had inadvertently double booked and had rebooked our family of three in two separate rooms at AdobeStar. We were happy to not have to start from...

We have stayed at the Adobe Star 4 times over the last 15 years. This last stay was terrible! Our reservation was misplaced (discovered when we called to verify when we didn't get an email. When we arrived, we found a note telling us there would be NO BREAKFAST! (At a Bed and Breakfast!), and no MAID SERVICE! Plus there...

I really wanted to love this place, but found it only average. The location is excellent, quiet residential street a very short walk to the plaza. Check in was no problem but no manager on site, didn't see anyone till the next morning. Abiqiu room was small, adequate for 1 person. Bath was fine. Bed pillows were flat and hard....

I had read a few negative reviews about this place here, but was willing to give it a try since it was mostly about lack of staff on site. I booked a room for a family of 4 on their website with credit card guarantee. the day of our planned arrival they cancelled the reservation on me because the room...

I have had two wonderful stays at Adobe Star. Both were stays of several days. Each time I had a different suite and was completely satisfied with the rooms, furnishings and amenities. Well, the fireplace flue didn't draw well and that meant a little smoke in the room. Otherwise, I have no complaints and only praise. I will be back....

Everything about the experience at the Adobe Abode was excellent. The room, Black Mesa, was large, very well appointed with bountiful towels, coffee, pillows, blankets. Being 2 blocks from the square was great. Nellie, the Inn keeper, welcomed us with a smile and helping hand. The breakfasts that she cooked were 'out of this world'! It is worth going to...

My hubby, my sister and her husband and I made plans to stay at the Sage House last year based on the really nice online pics of the place. Sis and Bro-in-law had never been to Santa Fe, so we knew that the location of the Sage House was ideal for accessing the Plaza area by foot (it's REALLY close)...
