My husband and I spent two nights here and we're really excited to be staying in the historic area and at a Hilton property. We generally always travel and stay at Hiltons. The location of this hotel is prime. It's right on the edge of the historic area and walking distance to pretty anything you'd want. The staff are all...

Dear "CMyrick1" I am delighted you enjoyed our location, accommodations and found our staff friendly and helpful. I do apologize that you were disturbed by other guests during your stay. While we do use fresh eggs and bake our own pastries each morning we also offer fresh lox and a wide variety of fruits, cereals and hot items, I am...

Everything was fine. Only one minus. No possibility to open the windows. If I know about it in advance I would never stay there. Looks like to be in the box the whole stay. The breakfast is OK, nothing special.

Dear Elena B, I am sorry you were disappointed with your stay with us. We do have accommodations with windows that open and have direct access to the pool, perhaps that would be more comfortable for you on a future stay. Kind regards, Tohnia

Nicely updated classic in the heart of Sante Fe. Great breakfast buffet. Wonderful pool with firepit for the night. Easy walking to to Sante Fe town square as well as a ton of restaurants and shopping. Perry, who's been behind the check-in desk, is a wealth of help and local knowledge. We've been staying here for 20 plus years and...

This place is something amazing! Being on the road for the past 6 weeks, this was the best night sleep I have ever had. The beda, and pillows are very comfortable. The amenities in the room, like robes are a welcomed surprise. Take it to the hot tub or relax by the fire The only bummer was $17 for parking...

Best hotel for the money on our roadtrip to Minnesota from California. Very classy. Felt like we were in Santa Fe the moment we entered the lobby. Great location. Would definitely stay here on a future trip.

We took a look at all the hotels near Santa Fe Plaza, including El Dorado, Loretto, La Fonda, Rosewood Inn of the Anasazi etc. We ended up going with the Hilton largely based on the fact that the professional photos on Hilton.com looked as close to the "real thing" as the trip advisor traveler photos did. Some of the other...

I stayed at this hotel on two separate occasions in late April 2016-- once for one night and then again for two consecutive nights. Both stays were great. The hotel is very conveniently located a short walk from the plaza area; it is also very convenient to the Georgia O'Keefe Museum. It's also a short drive from the highway, for...

This was the second time I've stayed here on the past month and highly recommend! It's central to the area and very easy to get around. The rooms are very nice, clean, and the showers are large too. The staff is always friendly and willing to help! I would highly recommend

Great service and great location. Friendly, professional and helpful staff. Loved the hot apple cider available in the lobby. I lovely touch and a very warm welcome after coming inside on on a cold evening. Thanks for providing such a wonderful end to our trip!

This hotel is gorgeous. The setting in historic downtown is divine. The front desk staff, housekeeping and banquet staff are very kind and accommodating. Which would be much easier if everything was not falling apart. The key doors from outside were slow to respond if at all. The lobby restroom had toilets that seemed hesitant to flush and the heating...

Dear "raemangar", It is good to know that you found the hotel beautiful and our team kind and accommodating. I am sorry your experience in some other areas were disappointing. We actually have removed all the ice machines from the corridors and have ice service available with a simple phone call or available 24/7 in our Corner pantry. We did...
