Avoid at all costs.Sadly we had no choice.We were attending a wedding.We had driven from Canada and the Quality inn that we had booked a year ago had a fire a few days before and was closed. Expected a pretty plain dated room but walking in to the bathroom with 3 huge dead bugs on the floor was nasty.A trip to reception (with the dead bug hoping it wasnt a cockroach )informed us they were beetles from the corn fields and no worries...I put a towel over the shower drain hoping to stop them coming up the drain? Gross....the breakfast it was explained was coffee juice and a granola bar..we thought oh yogurt ..toppings..granola..fruit.Nope a granola bar in a pkg lol The bed was comfy thankfully but moving the chair produced a candy wrapper and pretty gross carpet.Brought our own coffee maker as no coffee in the room. Next day getting ready for the wedding the iron board would not stand up..housekeeping lady was lovely and very apologetic and 3 boards later we had a new one....then the iron wouldnt work ..water pouring all over my dress..so another call and the poor woman got us a new iron after trying 2.The worst complaint was the shower that was either burning or ice cold and wouldnt shut off and leaked all over the floor.Unacceptable.Ridiculous! I felt like I couldnt walk barefeet and had a very unsettling sleep.The staff was nice but wyndham needs to get their act together with this place...perhaps shut it down.…

This room was booked remotely by our Purchasing Department. The staff was great. Mary and Joy took great care of our guest. Any and all requests were handled quickly and professionally. They are kind dedicated representatives of your company.

Stench is the only kind word I can give. Don’t, just don’t. This property should have been rebuilt decades ago. The area is drug ridden (as per the local Fire Chief) and must be avoided. Pay $20 or $30 more and stay in town.

Dated, not well maintained, overpriced for level of service and comfort provided. Bathroom was probably as clean as it could be made for the level of (under) maintenance it received. Light breakfast almost equates to NO breakfast. Bed was clean and comfortable. I would not stay there again.

The clerk was friendly and prompt. Room was clean and beds and pillows comfortable. Pool was open and nice for the kids! Its def not a 5 star resort and is an older motel but nice clean and close to the caverns! Very comfortable Free breakfast was granola bars coffee tea and apple juice and oj! Not much but better than nothing!

One of the worst stays ever. We were down to visit my brother who is in Hospice Care & I was very disappointed especially since it was a Wyndham. We killed 32 flies, the carpets we filthy, bedspreads had stains on them & NO Breakfast

Room smelled, flies everywhere, had the worst guest room we’ve ever seen. We needed up sleeping in our car it was so bad. No reason to try to get another room because they were all this bad. Place is outdated.

Late night check in, Night Manager was great. Got exactly what I needed, a room for the night and my K9 companion was welcome. Nice room, very clean, good water pressure in the shower. I was up and out early, there were places open for breakfast. It all worked out very well.

The hotel is very poorly maintained. Although the location and surrounding is spectacular beauty, but the property itself is like haunting place. The infrastructure, walls, floors, are not at all maintained. Exhaust fan, Ac etc are vintage items. Water does not pass through bathtub. Commode rim cover is rusty, nasty. They exploited by writing breakfast/Coffee included. One granola bar, juice and coffee are the total items included.

The room was dirty, the fridge did not work, the tv was all fuzzy, unless you held the cord. The toilet would clog up and then go down slowly. The doors had holes in them. The breakfast was a granola bar. I did not even want to touch the light or the remote and No way would we ever shower there, we stopped there only becuase it was nearthe Luray Cavins. Wyndham wants us to become a member no way no how.
