The entire experience, from booking until check out, was near perfect! The co-owners, Kyle and his Dad (sorry, not sure of his first name) were nothing short of fantastic! Yes, it's true that there isn't anyone "on site", but when we had a small issue with the tv in our room, Kyle was knocking at our door within 15 minutes of my initial text to him. Now that is service! He was kind, professional and not at all "put off" that he needed to swing by to help us. There was an issue with paying through Booking.com (a problem with Booking.com not anyone else even though they tried to say it was a problem elsewhere) and when I contacted Kyle's dad and told him of the issue, he reassured me he had been dealing with the problem for a few months, put my mind at ease and we were able to work everythiing out. Our room, the Cavern Room, was very comfortable, spotlessly clean and the window air conditioner kept it super cool. There is also central air throughout the remainder of the house. Continental breakfast was plentiful and available between 7:30-10:30 on Friday morning. We used the hot tub in the backyard and thought that was a great bonus! It was set up so you had privacy and the "roof" was cut out so that the stars could be seen at night. It is available to all people staying at the 4 unit home. We absolutely would recommend anyone staying here and would 100% stay again if in the area.

Very nice, quiet, bed was comfortable, and room was clean. Very close to the caverns. We had some trouble with the tv working and talked to Kyle and he was very helpful and nice. We told him about the tv problem and when we returned later, it was fixed. Side note...breakfast was ok. I guess what you expect from a continental breakfast: bagels, pastries, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, and quiche, very little cream cheese in the container for the first day, and none for the second day, only squeezable butter. Just a suggestion to owners: please make sure to have cream cheese with the bagels :).

Clean, well furnished nice room. There were common sitting areas but we did not use them. Continental breakfast was very tasty. The keyless excess system worked well. The caretaker was very responsive to my text message. I'd stay again. Two

This place was filthy. Dirty baseboards, dusty mirror (only one in the bathroom), dusty light fixtures. Stains on towels and bath mat.
Shower was worst. Mold and dirt in the shower. Yuck!
Funny - owner(?) stopped by with towels because we did not have enough. Blamed it on the cleaner and said he would fire him. Seems like owner need to inspect his property.

DO NOT BOOK AT THIS B&B! They charge your credit card IMMEDIATELY. Despite what they say, you cannot cancel a reservation. The booking website states: "Where I can see my cancellation policy terms? Your cancellation policy can be found under the Reservation Details and on your confirmation email." But there is NO information provided on the confirmation email except an email address. I booked in early October for a stay in early November. I sent an email to cancel my reservation in October to the email address on my confirmation, to no avail. I sent another email to cancel, again to no avail.

This is very near the center of Luray, Va and is only 5 minutes by car to the caverns. The pluses: great location, clean, quiet. The cons: there was no in person check in so no way to ask a few questions, Breakfast was 'continental', juice, yogurt etc so the 2nd B was underwhelming. Strange, incomprehensible streaming TV setup in room and no instructions.

I got the hotel because it is right in the heart of the town which I found out later that all of them are. If you don't need to talk to anyone, include who's running the place, this place is for you. A small place (old home) and at a quiet street. The place is run remotely but you can always call a manager if you have some concerns or questions. Nice and clean with good air conditioning system. Good to sleep and run the next day (for me). I love to stay at bed and breakfast or small hotel but I need human contact. Surprise that there is no sink in the kitchen. The seating area is set to accommodate while eating breakfast.

This is luck of the draw, but with contactless business and door codes texted for entry, your fellow occupants are an unknown. While two couples were lovely, the third set arrived later, parked on the neighbor's lawn, and cursed, yelled and laughed until 3am. At 5:30am their TV came on and the cursing started up again. With no onsite management, we all stayed locked in our rooms and endured the night. I am glad they stayed in the next morning, so breakfast was undisturbed, and we left right after. Very nice selection of choices, from small quiche, fruit, cereal, bagels, juices. Not homemade, but quite satisfactory. Lovely house, very clean, great location, off street parking, door codes worked perfectly.

Lovely place. Easy to get in. In a great location and Luray is beautiful. Great amenities and the breakfast had a great selection. Complementary drinks were a bonus. We were concerned that there were no onsite staff but there was no need to be. Beds and pillows were very comfortable and that’s the main thing. Very close to national park in a quiet spot.

Where’s Waldo, or How To Run an absentee inn. This is a true no-frills experience, but is acceptable only for the low cost. There was no visible innkeeper on premises, just an OK room with a minimal continental breakfast that appeared magically in the A.M. Our bathroom needed a thorough cleaning. Would try another spot, if visiting Luray again. Advise you to do the same.
