This is a great place to stay in Sitka, I highly recommend. The bedding is so comfy, the breakfast is plentiful and always available. There is a shuttle, a sweet lady named Amber even picked us up at the airport at 11PM!! The manager Vicki is super great!! Loved the walk to downtown through the forest. The restaurant at the...

We stayed here with our family of two adults and two teenagers for one night prior to leaving on a cruise. Although it's not in the centre of Sitka, it is a very nice stroll through the forest totem park into town. The room was clean and spacious, with a nice view over the bay. There's a good Mexican/pizza restaurant...

We stayed at Sitka's Eagle Bay Inn for a week in late June. The Inn was clean and the location is a short walk from the center of town. What sets this place apart, however, is the absolutely stellar service we received from all of the staff members. Everyone who worked there was friendly and worked very hard to make...

This is a small hotel in a small strip mile about a mile from the center of town. They do provide pick-up and drop-off, and it's only a block from a local public transit bus stop which runs Monday through Friday. There's no restaurant at the hotel itself, but there 's a nice Mexican - Pizza place in the strip...

We picked this property based on the price point and the fact that it was not right downtown, and were very pleased with our choice. The rooms were quiet, spacious and truly spotlessly clean. It was a bit of a walk from town but we always enjoyed the 15-20 minute walk from town through the totem pole park. We also...

We had just come off a 7 day boat trip and found ourselves at Eagle Bay Inn. It was not what we expected, it is the second floor of a small strip mall, but in reality it was a great place to spend 2 nights. 1) Only a 15 mohnute walk through the park to downtown Sitka 2) easy walk...

We had two rooms and they were fine. The staff is friendly but the hotel has a couple quirks---it is small but you will not always find someone on site which has some disadvantages. My husband wanted to shower in the evening but there was no hot water. He was told that he'd have it in about 20 minutes. The...

It was very nice and clean. Very clean. The keeper, Me. Vickie and her hostesses were intent on meeting any rooming or travel need. Being resident, she was helpful with the attractions, dining and any questions my wife or I had during our week long stay. Many of the guest we met were returnees for Sitka's annual art and fishing/hunting...

This is a real GEM! Vicki is a wonderful, friendly hostess. Very accommodating. We had a rental car but they do have a shuttle to get you where ever you want to go. The rooms are super clean and comfy. The continental breakfast is perfect and you don't need to worry about missing out cuz it's always there. Town is...

We have never received such personal attention at any place we've stayed before. From the airport pick-up at 1 a.m through the airport drop--off a few days later, the service at this place was wonderful. It is 1 mi. outside of town, so we often got a ride in and walked back. We were never turned down when we asked...
