Owner Victoria Patrick and staff are most kind, most hospitable, most hardworking. I recommend Carriage Lane Inn and Reception House at every opportunity. The quality and price of the food simply adds to the setting of this historic venue.

Very clean, historic, great neighborhood. Friendly young girl working there. TV in room was tiny and old, but worked. Price was amazing. The 8 Dollar voucher for the City Cafe per person was nice..food there was VERY good, except their bacon wasn't smoked, and was too fatty. But they had a big selection, and the staff were very sweet. No...

I took my husband out to surpise him birthday gifts including one night at this inn. I made reservation at one of the inn rooms which was called "VIP Suite." My hubby and I loved it! This suite includes cute romanic bedroom, living room with tv and 2 fireplaces, nice cozy small kitchen, and best of all.... jacuzzi tub in...

Stayed here twice in past year. Will stay here again. Comfortable home, rooms, accommodations. Host is awesome! Love the old home charm and wooden floors! One room has a claw foot tub...love it! Still has all the modern necessities.

Arrived at Nashville airport in the evening and wanted to stay somewhere outside the city but not too far. About 35 mins from Nashville airport. The Carriage Lane Inn is actually two or three adjacent properties in a nice leafy neighbourhood of Mufreesboro. At least one of the buildings is currently undergoing renovation. I was upgraded to the "VIP" suite,...

We had a family wedding in Murfreesboro and needed a spot to accommodate several out of town guests so rented the entire Main Inn, Treetop Apartments and VIP Suite. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space but we still had the common areas to share and enjoy one another's company! And Victoria was so welcoming...

My husband, my parents and I were in Murfreesboro for a family reunion and needed comfortable accommodation for a four night stay - the Carriage Lane Inn was absolutely perfect! Victoria, the inn-keeper, was delightfully friendly and attentive and our accommodation in the Treetops Apartment was exactly what we needed. Everything was spotlessly clean, the beds were very comfortable and...

Lovely B&B in a great location -- easy walking distance to several restaurants and other downtown locations (particularly enjoyed the Saturday morning farmers market on the square). Very restful and enjoyable!

We have visited Carriage Lane Inn a number of times. Every visit is greeted with attentive service and wonderful, charming accommodations. The innkeepers are gracious and attentive hosts who seem genuinely delighted to have us as guests at their inn. The innkeepers also care deeply for the property, which we see with the continued improvements to guest comforts we notice...

The Carriage Lane Inn is a treasure. We visited Murfreesboro to get a feel for middle Tennessee and were warmly welcomed by the Innkeeper, Victoria, as well as the many townspeople we met during our stay. We stayed in the Burgundy Room which had ample closet space and dresser drawers for our clothing. The walk-in shower made our mornings easy....
