I stay here frequently when I have business in Flagstaff. I've noticed that the place is consistently cleaned. Owner and staff pick up liter and trash that blows into the parking lot. The rooms are always very clean - and well cared for. Never had...More

Budget Inn met all our needs and lived up to the good reviews. We may have been lucky in the room we got, but we had no problem with noise in the three days we stayed. That was amazing considering that as soon as we...More

No security but it was as safe as any other hotel. I believe there are surveillance cameras in the office. I was driving cross-country and had a suburban filled with things. I took expensive equipment in as I would at any hotel. I backed in & parked in front of our room. I'm a female traveler & didn't feel unsafe with my two sons. As with any place, just be smart. Thieves are everywhere an opportunity presents.
