We had booked ourselves in two bedroom and two bathroom suite. Upon arrival they give you a welcome bag with 2 complimentary water bottles and snacks. That is so nice!! Thank you! Beds were comfortable. Seating area is comfortable. Our bathrooms were not clean when we checked in. After calling the front desk, they took care of it like in...

I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions, most recently in December of 2016 for a family trip. The hotel is wonderful in all aspects. It is conveniently located, has adequate parking, is close to downtown, NAU and lots of restaurants. The cook to order breakfast is not only free but is of very high quality. If you are...

Very small Embassy Suites and even smaller rooms. Hotel staff was very welcoming. Nice fireplace in lobby that helps since it snows frequently. Breakfast buffet was ok...pretty standard. Rooms are very dated. Good for an overnight stay en route to Sedona or the Grand Canyon.

I had research and other hotels showed better reviews. Against my better judgement I made reservations because they have free breakfast and with a family of seven sounds like a good plan even though it was more expensive that similar hotels. As you know kids like bacon and pancakes and there was none both times when we had breakfast at...

We have never been disappointed by the Embassy Suites hotels. Beautiful room, clean, quiet, friendly staff. Rooms are spacious and everything in good working order. The happy hour and breakfast were terrific. Highly recommend - worth the extra money.

Superior price for an inferior hotel; room was old, cracking tile in bathroom; needs gutting out and remodeling; 30 minute wait for breakfast; outdoor pool that could not use because it was too cold; don't recommend for the price.

This property is older - rooms are noisy especially on the ground level from upstairs floors. Soundproofing does not seem to exist at all at this property, bring earplugs. Overcrowded breakfast area with not enough seating for the large spring break crowds. Breakfast was good off the cooked to order bar, especially the pancakes. Hot tub was broken while we...

I usually love staying in Embassy Suites properties. This one is an exception. The management here seems to be going through the motions and provided just enough service to qualify for the brand, but not really meeting the standards a Hilton property usually excels at. They just don't seem motivated to provide the sort of service one would expect. The...

This is a horrible Embassy Suites. It is very worn, chip paint on walls, furniture needs to be replaced, hot tub not working, windows need to be washed so you can see out, courtyard needs attention, non-working clock and water cooler in the exercise room, dirty bowls at breakfast and on and on. Management needs to take pride in this...

Bathroom floor wasn't swept/clean. Furniture was worn and dirty. Dirty linens left on sofa pull out. Old blankets provided that shedded everywhere. Breakfast was good especially the made to order bar. Enjoyed the Starbucks coffee.
