We enjoyed our one night stay at the LQ. The staff was friendly & helpful. The building is older but it's clean. I love how pet friendly it is. The bathroom doors are a little awkward We would stay here again if we were in the area.

I love that I can bring my dogs. I am relocating between the states and traveling with dogs and cats can be a problem. La Quinta eliminates a big part of that. I love the easy access off the highway, and that there are several restaurants close by. I love that there is ample parking when I am hauling a...

Was the first time my family and I have visited Flagstaff and the Grand Canyon since moving to AZ last year. Was impressed at the quality of the hotel for the price. Free breakfast in the morning was delicious and had various options. Location was central to what we had planned. Several dining and shopping options close by. Hotel is...

A beautiful hotel with mediocre management. It's popular in Flagstaff but the manager just doesn't take charge of management and the young staff doesn't get it when it comes to customer service. On the face of things, it's great . . . until there is an issue, and then there is NOTHING in response. This happened to me on both...

Breakfast is not a complete breakfast. The biscuits & gravy is good. There is no canned fruit or boiled eggs to make it a complete meal. Elevator & floor outside it is filty. Special request for room placement ignored.

This was a good place to stay and very pet friendly. I would have rated it higher if it is not for the maintenance problem (fridge was hooked to main light circuit so defrosted at night when light was off) and the refurbishing activities at the moment. Breakfast can use some improvement.

I usually choose La Quinta, having had good luck in most locations. This is an older facility. The beds are apparently the originals from long ago. Noise is obvious from adjacent rooms. Pets are in abundance. The a/c was slow to respond to thermostat changes. But the staff was very friendly and helpful. The Grand Canyon provides plenty of customers.

We spent 3 nights at this La Quinta and appreciated the comfortable beds and quiet room. The property shows some wear and tear with bruised woodwork and visible carpet stains but it is reasonably fresh feeling despite an open door/no fee policy on dogs. It is only a short walk to the UNA campus and an easy drive to downtown...

Booked this hotel through booking.com. The site said there was an extra fee for pets. I assumed it would be clean. This is a pet hotel. Pets are free. The dogs on the 2nd floor barked all nights. Requested a pet free room. Did not get it. Dogs had been in there. Came off the elevator twice and barely avoided...

This is a great place to stay. Staff was great! They were very friendly and helpful. It's very clean and beds are really comfortable. I'd definitely stay there again. Location was great - right off the highway. Close to numerous restaurants and shopping. Wish we could have stayed a couple nights.
