Went there for our honey moon night it was a nice place but nothing exceptional, breakfast was nice and our room was ok nothing spectular. The ad said it was near the beach the beach was not within walking distance. the staff was not friendly at all. We'll find a different B&B next time

The team looked after us very well during our stay. Enjoyed our room, peaceful and quiet. Great location to walk into town or beach. Good parking. The grounds are relaxing and great for breakfast weather permitting.

My husband and I were looking forward to staying here. Our room was ok but the bed was small. The room overlooked a main road which must be a truck route because the noise kept us awake and was particularly loud early in the morning ! We were looking forward to breakfast because other reviews on breakfast were good well...

We stayed for one night at the VLI and it was wonderful. The Innkeeper, Cindy, gave us great suggestions for restaurants and new things to do (we visit Newport frequently). The Inn is walking distance to the Cliff Walk and Easton's beach and it's an easy walk down the hill to the Waterfront and Thames Street (many shops, restaurants, etc..)....

We only spent one night in Newport, but very much enjoyed our stay at the Victorian Ladies Inn. We arrived mid-afternoon and when we checked in we were in the main house, upstairs. The stairs were a little narrow and almost spiral at the top, so the innkeeper let us bring our luggage in up the back staircase, which was...

We stayed at Victorian Ladies Inn for two nights and must say this is a wonderful little gem. Everything was just perfect. There is a sign at the entrance saying "Mi casa es su casa" and it really felt that way. If you plan to stay in Newport we highly recommend this place - you will not be disappointed! Two...

We were extremely pleased by every aspect of this inn. The staff bent over backwards to make sure we got anything we wanted. They did this in such a casual way that we never felt like we were imposing on them. It felt more like visiting friends than just staying at new place. The patios, plantings, koi pond, and over...

The room was wonderful... clean. Private patio by the koi pond. The breakfast was one of the best we've had. Definitely go for Newport Eggs - a large crabcake with 2 poached eggs on top. And there were fresh baked goods and fresh fruit each morning. Afternoon tea (iced) with homemade cookies was refreshing after walking the Cliff Walk. The...

Stayed here for 1 night May 16th and the room was very comfortable and clean. I stay in allot of B&B's and this Inn by far had the best Breakfast. I had pouched egg's over crab cakes which I recommend. Also has a huge buffet spread. Very central location for allot of activities.
