Burbank Rose is right at intersection of Memorial Blvd and Thames- never drove my car all weekend. Rooms are good size and very clean and comfy. Breakfast was like being in a comfortable living room at home. Brian is a great host- there when you need him, out of sight when you don't. Go to Burbankrose, you will love it

Location is great. Very clean but old and outdated. The floors were squishing and old. They were so crooked that when you lay down you end up turning to your side. It was during Labor Day weekend so Everyting was booked. This was the only b@b at a more or less decent price

I had a great time this weekend at the Burbankrose Inn. The location is spectacular - right next to The Red Parrot and centrally located. The rooms were comfortable and homey with great air conditioning, and Brian was an excellent medium between recommending places and letting us explore for ourselves. Even on a packed Saturday night in Newport, the Inn...

I was a little nervous booking this B&B, since I typically stay at hotels but was pleasantly surprised. The outside of the house is a little unkept, with peeling paint but the front has lovely flowerpots and several chairs for relaxing. Brian, the manager/owner is a gracious host, very knowledgable and immediately made us comfortable, giving us great suggestions as...

My friend and I stayed at the Burbank Rose this past weekend. This was our first time in Newport. This B&B was exceptionally clean and quaint. Brian, the owner, was extremely accommodating and his fresh-baked pastries, fruit, cereal, and Keurig coffee selections were great in the morning. I would recommend the Burbank Rose without hesitation to anyone who wants to...

My boyfriend and I decided go to Newport at the last minute, and were lucky to come across Burbankrose once we arrived. We spoke with Brian, who was extremely friendly, and he set us up in a suite on the top floor. Our stay was excellent - the room was clean, quiet and comfortable. We had everything we needed, not...

My wife and I attended a wedding in Newport and the Burbankrose was the perfect location for us as it was right across from the wedding and all that downtown Newport has to offer. Being the first overnight away from our 15 month old since she was born, we were really looking forward to a quiet night together. That is...

We needed a place to stay for a night in Newport while traveling through. I walked in and spoke to Brian who was very helpful. He was away at the time and told us to settle into the room. Brian was helpful in pointing out where to go for food - which we did and it turned out to be...

Really enjoyed staying in this B&B, which has been run by a friendly and hard working man for about 13 years. The scones in the morning and berry selection are excellent! Fabulous location, walking distance from everything and very close to the water. Seemed to be a great deal compared to the other places in town. May be difficult to...
