I was upgraded to a beautiful high-floor corner king room that looks exactly like the photos on the hotel website. The room was spacious and spotless, with all modern, brand-new furniture and contempory decor. I especially treasure the high ceiling and the expansive floor-to-ceiling windows. The misty Wa'ahila Ridge and Manoa Valley, not far away and covered by lush winter plants, provided a perfect backdrop for a modern city view with nearby high-rises and the Ala Wai canal; for a moment I recognized some resemblance to downtown Chicago. The view was refreshing for a local resident accustomed to sunny beaches, turquoise ocean and the bare Diamond Head. Loved the spacious closet. Loved the ultra-modern ergonomic design of the spacious shower, where the faucet handle and the shower head are on opposite walls so that I no longer needed to bend down to adjust water. The staff provided extra amenities and WorldOfHyatt benefits same as I requested in previous stays in other Hyatt properties. Great location 5 minuteswalk to the beach and 2-3 minutes walk to the Main Street. Clean rooms and helpful staff. Good Covid policies in place and had everything we needed for a pleasant family vacation.

This place was cute, but it shares a parking structure with other stores/places, so it was a little confusing at first. They even provided stuff for us to take and play with at the beach though, like body boards! Make sure you walk over to Maguro Brothers. So good.

This hotel has very high standards for Covi-19 safe guards. we felt very safe here and we will return in May. This is our number choice for staycation. We brought two dogs and they LOVE it. HCW is convenient location. Next door to International Market Place and across from Royal Hawn Shopping Center. Rooms are very clean. Very thoughtful amenities, Incls hand cream! Reusable water bottles in each room and ice machine/filtered water facilities avail.

This hotel is a traveler's dreams. Close to food and shopping. Professional staff. I would recommend this hotel for all travelers. I recommend room 2015. Its a corner room with a ocean view. The hotel has free beach towels and chairs for use during your stay.
