Just returned from a Honeymoon at the Outrigger Waikiki on the Beach. We had a great experience. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and the location was perfect. This was our first trip to Hawaii and we chose to stay on Oahu the entire time and explore the island. We knew going in that we wanted to be...

We stayed four nights here in an oceanfront room. More expensive but definately worth it. You could open the doors and still be private, amazing views. The room was spacious, bed really comfortable, bathroom very well appointed. Nice there is a storage area in the room for luggage. Downstairs breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced for location, Dukes also great...

Could not wish for a better location, right on the beach and close to everything.Had a Diamond Head Suite, worth the extra $ as the view was amazing. Two large balcony's wraped around the suite great for people watching on Waikki Beach. Pool abit on the small side but the beach is right there, there is no shade at all...

Booked as part of a larger package so unsure of price per night., however is a good all-round hotel. Rooms are decent size but bathrooms are fairly small and ordinary. There is a great atmosphere in the bar areas and the food is good in the various restaurants. BEWARE, Hawaii is expensive in the tourist areas and your food bill...

We spent a week at the Outrigger while staying in Waikiki - the room was beautiful, the view awesome, the staff fantastic. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast every morning. We had several dinners at Duke's. I throughly enjoyed my stay and plan to return next time we go. We traveled to Maui after our stay in Waikiki and stayed at...

Journeyed back to Waikiki in June and we opted to stay at the Waikiki on the beach, having been impressed by the outrigger reef on the last visit. We stayed for 3 nights before heading to Kauai and maui. Check in was great, staff friendly and all very easy. The lobby is not as fancy as others including the reef,...

I liked the fact that you can walk through lobby right to beach. Nice pool. Reasonable room sizes. I had a partial ocean view room, but you really had to turn your neck to see ocean. I looked out on another building. The view was what kept me from rating hotel higher. Huge buffet breakfast at an acceptable price for...

We stayed here for the first part of our honeymoon in may. Our travel agent had booked us a "ocean view" room (which would have been facing the hotel next door with a side view of the ocean). For me, the Outrigger Waikiki was a big let down. Several frustrating experiences detracted from the hotel's great location.I stayed with my wife for 4 nights on the West side of the building (facing away from Diamond Head).
