I booked through booking.com and when I got to the front desk they took my credit card, but I had already paid through booking.com and they charged me twice. Still have not gotten a refund for one charge & to add to the confusion they are rebranding to a Holiday inn. Buyer beware!

The room was renovated and had a nice ocean view. I was charged a resort fee and amenity fee although no amenities were available due to massive construction - no pool, no fitness center; no restaurant; no lobby. There was active construction impacting the elevators and desk. The hotel should have suspended the resort and amenity fees until pool, etc....

I love this place and was here during construction. I mainly only slept here but my sleep was amazing. The room was small but decorated nice. I love the water theme. so beautiful. The room was quiet and dark, perfect for sleeping. The bathroom was small but it was perfect for a solo traveler. I love the shower and the...

I was pleasantly surprised by the Maile Sky Court, the downstairs reception area is under major renovation and there are a few annoyances with not all the lifts reaching the lobby but the room itself was great. The renovations look just like the pictures, the beds were new and comfortable and we had a great view of the city overlooking...

Maile Sky Court may be on the verge of being a deluxe hotel worthy of its cost but at the moment, construction is limiting its amenities. Our room was small but well-laid out and newly renovated; it had a small refrigerator, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker, as well as a TV, clock radio, extra pillows, and plenty of outlets to...

Ok I came to town for a business conference and thought I was staying at a new/renovated hotel of IHG property; that I booked online through their webpage in November 2016. I thought I was staying at a Holiday Inn Express. You know when you go to a Holiday Inn Express you know what you're getting they are all similar...

The room was very small. Bed was uncomfortable. The air-conditioning was very noisy. The fire and smoke detector were located too close to the ceiling above the bedside and the constant flashing is very irritating to the eyes at night as shown in the picture. The constant flashing gave me giddy sensation. Don't think that detector is appropriately located. Definitely...

So here are my cons: First day there couldn't find the hotel even though gps kept saying we were there. Because of the renovation the front was boarded and we saw no signs. We drove around the hotel several times until an employee asked if we were looking for them. We said yes and he told us we could park...

The hotel was under construction, one elevator for over 40 floors, no pool, no food service, restaurant. Lines to check in/out were atrocious. Reserved the room online, no warning of construction at the time. Still paid almost $200 a night. A complete rip off. A hotel that is under that much construction should have the decency to let you know...

Not far from the airport, this hotel is located a street away from the main strip in Waikiki. The hotel itself is being renovated, but we didn't get disturbed by any noise, the only inconvenience was the pool was closed. Rooms - these are very compact! We had two beds, and little room to move or put our luggage. Having...
