Hotel's Favourite
The Park Shore Hotel is an excellent place to stay. We had a room with an ocean view and it was spectacular. The location is fantastic - directly across from the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the bed comfortable. We made daily use of the beach chairs, surf boards etc available through the hotel. It is at the Zoo end away from the hustle and bustle of the main strip but within easy walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed it and will be back.

Service was good. Room was clean. But every night we didn’t sleep well because the sound of alarms cautioned warnings smoking or something else at 1-2.00 am… We stayed 4 nights, but first 3 nights we can’t sleep because this sounds. Please stop this terrible matter !!!

DO NOT STAY HERE… VACATION RUINED. We stayed over March break 2023. Room air conditioning didn’t work and leaked everywhere. We couldn’t get service for 3 days. No TV remote in our room for 2 days. No help. Fire alarm went off by mistake two different nights at 2:30am. Front desk ‘help’ after 10pm looked stoned and was zero help. It’s cheap, but there’s a reason… it’s absolutely garbage. Pay a little extra and stay at a different hotel. Totally ruined our vacation.

Good location for Waikiki beach. Room a bit small and dated but clean and ok for a few nights after long flight. Helpful front desk staff. Discount offered at Lulu’s restaurant which is attached to hotel and provides good food in an informal setting. You need to book though to be sure of a table.

The Park Shore is an older property in the IDEAL location - relax -enjoy - and you CAN EVEN HEAR THE WAVES - always communicate with only the front desk -they are great! -This was my 5th visit and I'm returning in July again

We had a week-long stay and it was great! The location is amazing, all you do is walk across the street and you are at the beach. Your resort fee allows you three items from the beach candy store which is next to the hotel, so we were able to do stand-up paddle boarding, have beach chairs, and boogie boards. The hotel also lends out waterproof go pro cameras. We got standard rooms which were very small but we only used our rooms for sleeping and changing so it was fine. The lobby is nice and every morning we got free coffee. The staff is super friendly and helpful with answers about local places to go and activities in the area. It is located right next to the zoo and very close to Diamond Head. ABC stores on either side of it, and also good restaurants.

We just want to thank the Park Shore Waikiki Hotel in Honolulu sooooo much for the beautiful room they gave us!! We just finished watching the fireworks in the bay tonight and they were simply amazing and really breathtaking!! This is our 50th wedding anniversary celebration and the whole reason we came to Hawaii. Tonight was the icing on the cake. Thank you again for an unforgettable experience!!! We rate our stay here as a 10 on a scale of 1-5!!!!!

Very comfortable room with an amazing view and friendly staff. We booked a room with a view of Diamondhead and the ocean, and spent mornings and evenings on the balcony watching the world -- and whales -- go by. Being able to get towels for the beach nice too.
