room was a little dated, but staff friendly and location perfect buffet breakfast was nice and selections were varied on different days so as not to become repetitive. had corner room overlooking the beach, and never was noisy.

We were sold the accomodation under Luxury Holidays and paid premium price for the deal. Very disappointed with the standard of the room. Was anything but luxurious. The decor was uncoordinated and the bathroom very small and dated. Not a Marriott standard we expect. The beds made up for the lack of luxury with very comfortable feather pillows and mattress...

Stayed here for 3 days prior to a Hawaiian NCL cruise. Was supposed to have an oceanfront room but ended up with a side street with ocean in the far distance view instead. Also didn't have a king bed for some reason? But the beds were comfortable. Room was pretty clean. Shower had great water pressure. Towels felt like sandpaper.

This was our second time staying at the hotel and it is such a great quality hotel. Its far enough away from the hustle of the main strip that you can escape but also only a 5 minute walk from the best restaurants. It is beachfront and the staff are so wonderful. They knew it was our honeymoon and made...

We were in room 412 and although had limited beach views the actual room was a bonus as it was bigger than a standard room and had 2 x queen beds and 2 x single beds as well as coffee table and 2 chairs. (Friends in a standard room on level 14 had the standard hotel room set up with...

We got one night free pre-cruise from NCL, so spent a couple of extra nights here first....and they kindly didn't make us change rooms OR charge us for an upgrade. While adjusting to the heat and busy-ness of Honolulu was a challenge, the room was perfect. The first morning we went for breakfast at the hotel's Kuhio Beach Grill--which was...

It's tough to get a pool seat, even more frustrating when you overhear a local group of 5 that aren't staying at the hotel yet taking five of the pool chairs. The most frustrating part is the server knew they weren't staying at the hotel and allowed it all day, multiple days. We were complaining about it to another family...

No relationship to beach and far out of the centre. Nice ocean view. Bell staff good. Check in ok but housekeeping a little poor. Never replaced tea sometimes forgot to replace ice bags and cleanliness wasnt fabulous.

I see people saying the rooms need updating but we really liked our room which was partial ocean view which we were upgraded to upon arrival. The king bed was very comfortable, the staff very helpful and friendly and we heard no noise during the night even though our room was above the street. Very convenient to the beach which...

We are a family of 4 and had to share 2 x double beds. Hotel is in a nice area but it is quite dated. There are some obvious current attempts to renew it but we thought it was not good value for money. 2 small pools. Polite staff.
