Stayed here several nights on our way home from The Big Island because we wanted to visit the USS Arizona Memorial. The rate was good. The room was clean but dated and needs a little work. It was quiet and the staff is friendly and helpful. Because we spent little time in the hotel it was a perfect fit. We...

We stayed here for a week in January. We did not have a car, but do expect to pay extra for parking privileges. What you need to know: 1. While not on the beach, this hotel has a fabulous location. It's about 3 blocks from the beach and in easy walking distance to a myriad of restaurants and shopping. 2....

Aloha and Mahalo for your five star review! What a great wealth of information you have posted! Thank you especially for your comments regarding our hotel staff, which I will be sure to pass on to them. We are trying to go green as much as we possible can and the filtered water dispenser is something that we recently added....

On our 40th Wedding Anniversary ... we bought the package deal ... with flight and hotel. This hotel met our needs ... right in Kuhio Ave ... middle of many stores and eateries ... walking distance to Waikiki ... Although Ohana Hotel is on a busy street ... our room was quiet. The room had a balcony .. just nice...

The service manager Mr. Amante "Boyet" Castro was very helpful, very courteous, and very, very friendly.Every time we see him in the lobby. He made our stay in the hotel a very memorable one. Also, John ( I don't know his last name) from the Expedia local expert was very helpful in reserving our dinner/cruise on the Star of Honolulu. Me...

Stayed just one night but it was a good choice. The front desk staff and bellman was very friendly and helpful. The room décor is a little dated but the room was very clean, AC cold, bathroom very clean provides shampoo, soap, shower cap..etc..love that it had a fridge...small balcony overlooking other buildings...didn't matter. Excellent internet connection. Girls and I...

Just got back from here. Excellent stay. This hotel is in the middle part of Waikiki. Not on the beach. About a block and a half. 10 minute walk to beach. I been to Waikiki many times. This is not a fancy hotel...and...to me..... does not have the greatest views since they are in the middle part and in between...

We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment with kitchenette. Great layout as couches were actually single beds which my son used at night - but we had a tv in the bedroom and balcony was off this also, so he could sleep and us not disturb him. Looked like our room was in an older section of the hotel but...

Aloha and Mahalo for your four star review. Our one bedroom units are in our Luana Wing which is 20 years older than our Malia Tower. Hence it being in the older section. While this is an older style hotel (not one of those big swanky properties down on the beach) it is very well looked after & provides for a great stay. The best feature however is it's great location right in the midst of all the Waikiki restaurants, shops (Rosses is just around the corner) & is a stroll to the...

Our first time to Hawaii on a cruise and stay at Ohana Malia. I would recommend this to anyone, an awesome hotel and great location. A "free" trolley to travel Honolulu and bus travel almost anywhere in Oahu for only $1.00 for seniors. Can't think of anything negative to say about this hotel.
