Our room was small. Very small. But it was clean and so close to the beach! The stops for tours are nearby as well (if they don't come directly to the hotel). Staff were friendly and helpful. Wifi was free but constantly cut out in our room - made it tricky to book things online. We did have a microwave...

Aloha Danielle2468, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. It sounds like your visit was during our wifi upgrade, which did result in intermittent outages in order to calibrate our system accordingly. We are hearing many positive reports from our guests regarding our new upgrade, and we're excited to know that this previous inconvenience seems to have...

If you are looking for hostel style accommodation then stay here. If you are after somewhere to actually get some sleep and spend a little time in the room chilling out then this is not the place. It was noisy and old. Just a query - why is the towel rack above the toilet when there is plenty of other...

I booked for 6 nights at this hotel due to its close proximity to the beach and its reasonable nightly rates. As I checked in, I was given the password for the internet access. When I opened the door, the room has 2 beds, no desk, no chair, no luggage rack and a tiny closet maybe 5 hangers for your...

While I am very sorry that our wifi connection was intermittent during your vist (due to an on-going system upgrade), I am glad that you did find enough value in our property, our people, and our location to consider another visit at a future time. Stayed here for 10 days. The staff were very welcoming and informative. However, for the entire duration of our stay, only the wifi in the lobby worked. This was very inconvenient for us as we had to come downstairs in order to use wifi. After a few days, we gave up and bought an extra sim card with data roaming...

I read some of the reviews of this hotel after I made the reservation. So I was a little concerned since I read some bad reviews. But was, pleasantly surprised. The staff was wonderful, it was clean, close to the beach, stores and restaurants. It does have slat windows which is wonderful for letting in the fresh air, but it...

The staff at Stay Waikiki were very nice and service-minded. They gave us good tips regarding shopping and also helped us getting our luggage from the airport. Our room was neat and the beds comfortable. A big plus for its very central location.

Our stay was horrible. The Wifi simply didn't work and when we called the front desk about it they said just wait a while and if we didn't connect then they could refund our amenities. Stayed here with my wife for 4 nights to start off our week long honeymoon in Honolulu. We were given a room on the 4th floor which didn't have a balcony. Not a huge issue since we didn't really spend a lot of time in the room. Overall the room was OK. It was older and could use a renovation,...
