Stayed for 2 nights, gigantic hotel right in the hubbub of Waikiki. Walking distance to just about anything you could want. Modern rooms, lots of shops inside. Beach across the street. Great if you like being in the middle of tourists and oddball chaos, which we did not enjoy. Hannah however is amazing!

Very large hotel and sadly hence somewhat impersonal. Didn't mind paying the resort fee elsewhere when I felt I was getting value and discounts but this didn't feel the same. Booked the Regency room to access the executive lounge. Staff were excellent but first time I've had to pay anything for drinks, dress code was not enforced- teens in board...

This property is conveniently located ight across the street from the beach and very close to everything. We arrived at noon and were told that we would get a text by 3pm but probably sooner so that we could check in. The hotel held our bags while we went to lunch at the famous udon shop, Marukame. By 3:45 we...

We stayed for 8 nights over Xmas and were very pleased. The staff were efficient and the building layout was very good. The location in Waikiki was excellent. My only complaints were that it is something of a maze to navigate until you are used to it and that the main restaurant has a very limited menu.

Aloha Ashantai1, Thank you for reviewing your stay. We are glad you enjoyed your visit and became more comfortable with the layout. We will share your comments regarding the menu, however we do operate three restaurants. SHOR provides breakfast, SWIM offers a lighter menu ideal of lunch or the afternoon, and Japengo provides dinner. Mahalo

Most regretable choice of hotel for a 1night stay after our cruise around The Hawaiian Islands. hotel is too large and impersonal. All Front Desk Staff with the exception of Sonia were not particularly welcoming. the biggest disappointment as an Overseas Visitor, was the misleading description of the view from our bedroom. the view was described as one of Waikiki...

My trip to Oahu was meant to test for an electrical license but we turned it into a nice vacation. We stayed at the Hyatt twin towers with a room on the 26th floor with a partial ocean/city view in the EWA tower. The price was decent and the view was excellent. A reasonable view of the beach and ocean...

We stayed in this hotel twice in Dec 2014. We stayed 3 nights on our arrival in Hawaii from Australia in the Ewa Tower, which had recently been renovated. We loved our rooms on the 32 floor, with partial ocean view. They were light and spacious. The bathroom was quite small, but the large vanity was outside the bathroom, so...

We spent 3 nights at this hotel before joining the Pride of America cruise in early December. We checked in early due to our early flight arrival. I stayed here on business and it was a great experience. Only two complaints I would have are the extremely tight parking garage and the room was dated. But the rooms have awesome views of Honolulu/ Waikiki beach. You can't beat the location it is amazing. They are renovating the rooms so i would imagine the stay will be that...

I have stayed at this hotel probably +/-20 times in the past, including last week. I will start by saying that a major motivator for me to stay there is that I am a top-tier participant of Hyatt's frequent-guest program, so I need/want the points and stays. That being said, a few other reasons why I like this property: 1)...
