We booked two nights with the hotel. Very pleasant stay. Pros: the location is great. Beach is just across the street and shopping The room is very spacious and has a perfect view for the beach. Free wifi. Easy to book tours. We booked a tour to Kuai, great garden island! All staffs are very friendly. Cons: the bathroom is...

Having been a Gold Passport member since 1992, I have stayed in dozens of Hyatt properties. But for overall service and hospitality, this might have been my best experience. Staying in the Regency Club does help, and Mark, Michellin, and associates were perfect managers of the club. Always friendly, always helpful, always willing to go to the limit to serve...

Stayed here for 5 nights and was mostly happy with my stay. This hotel is across the street from Waikiki, so a quiet spot it is not. If you happen to be there on a Thursday there's a great farmer's market in the lobby in the afternoon, the food is good. Breakfast here is pricey, but the variety is good....

we happen to get a beach view room, location is very close to beach, just a few yards, and the shopping area is close by too, I didn't like it much in Waikiki, too much of crowd, didn't feel like Hawaii, felt like I was in Japan. I would not visit Waikiki ever again, too commercialized, dolphin tour was way...

Had a mess up at check in resulting in them taking about £400 off our holiday money card, which was taking ages for them to return meaning we couldn't book any trips. Sea view room if you hung off the balcony abit which I wouldn't advise at over 30 floors up. Waikiki in general isn't somewhere I'd go back too...

Although it was weird to be going to the mall to get from the reception to your room, but the location of the hotel was awesome. It is directly across from Waikiki Beach. They also have toys/beach chairs that you can borrow from the pool desk so you can bring it to the beach. The room were a bit outdated...

Could not believe how great the location is for this hotel. 20 metres from Waikiki beach and also the upmarket shopping stripe. You can be on your balcony or on the beach and your right in all the action. Great swimming pool and spa, the massage is pretty expensive. YOLO

I paid extra for a Deluxe ocean view room. When I got there I got a room with a view of Diamond Head and from the balcony, a side view of part of the beach. Did I get what I paid extra for? The hotel has only one small bar. It was crowded and the menu is largely in Japanese....
