Great location, but this old hotel needs to be updated. Rooms, bathrooms, elevator, all feel old. Check in was slow, restaurant buffet was just ok--but a good price with 20% off coupon. Pool was tiny and not very inviting. Parking lot is small.

great pool, rooms are tight. bath rooms needs updating. In general the whole hotel needs a good update. The staff is great. Especially Joe. He was so helpful with lining up transports to cruise port. They need a restaurant that in better suited for travelers. Location is great. Short walk to beach.

I stayed six nights in this hotel while on holiday . Public areas were clean and comfortable. The bell boys were very informative. The reception staff were friendly and helpful . The bedroom was spacious and comfortable. It had the usual amenities, TV, the mini fridge and coffee making facilities were located in the bathroom. I was concerned about this...

We stayed here for 5 nights and were pleased with the service. Reception personal were friendly and helpful. Our room on the 16th floor was large and included a safe and refrigerator. 4 nights in a penthouse sweet $476 but had service fee of 10per night and 25 per night parking fee. If they mentioned it in the website that would have been nice. I liked that they had movies for free.

Very close to the beach, shopping, restaurants, etc. Nothing fancy but I would stay here again! The room was a bit small. Bed was comfy and we had a nice view of the ocean. Staff was great! Location is really what makes this hotel great.

The room service was great! Could not sleep as I could hear every sound from the sliding door and the room above mine. Location was fantastic. Could get to beach and Waikiki shopping in steps. Would prefer more elevators though.

Balcony door kept making a lot of noises. Customer services was good. We didn't feel comfortable. Requested for a king bed and got two beds in the room. Me and my fiancé slept on one small bed. I thought our stay was okay overall
