The staff was excellent and friendly. The room was nice. Only problem was the glass bathroom door, let the light and noice into the main room at night. Great location for walking to most of the places we went. Comfortable bed.

I feel like I will stay again. Convenient location to the Beach and Bus stop. Bedding was nice, drinking water taste in the lobby was good. Body lotion quality was very good. They provide two room slippers. Very friendly and pleasant staff made our vacation happier. And room coffee, Illy's , was also very delicious. Everything was more than perfect! Thank you!

This is one of the best stays I’ve ever experienced in Waikiki. Hotel Renew has an amazing staff. We want to thank the room service staff for keeping the rooms clean and tidy. The location is chef’s kiss! 🤌🏼 Walking distance to the shopping area, restaurants, and the beach. Highly recommend staying here at your next visit. I cannot wait to be back!

This is a hidden gem and bang for your buck! The staff is superior, hands down! We were welcomed with open arms with the entire staff. The rooms are simple and clean. The location is convenient - walking distance to shops, restaurant and beach is across the street. I will be recommending this place to my friends and family and will be back again soon!

Our new home away from home in Waikiki! Hotel Renew is such a sweet little place with next-level customer service and hospitality. Owen at the front desk learned everyone’s names and went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome. The rooms were clean, comfortable, quiet, and cute. The coffee was great and the beach toys and boogie boards came in handy for our littles. Hotel Renew is small and no-frills, but was the cozy and homey place we were looking for right on the beach. We’ll be back!

This is my home every time I visit Waikiki. The staff is always super friendly, they always make you feel at home. Shout out to Ms. Shewelyn and her team they are the best! The rooms were super clean, we got one that has the view of the beach which is a plus, and the bathroom was very clean also. I am a happy camper and would come back again. I definitely recommend staying here if you're going to be out and about and exploring a lot.

The staff was great. The receptionists were very helpful and answered all our questions. The room was clean and bright, we loved Lynn she certainly went above and beyond suggesting local restaurants and as far as securing a reservation for us at Scratch. Will be coming back!

The hotel has great ambience topped with the super friendly staff. The room was a decent sized for three people. The location of the hotel is on point - right off Waikiki Beach and a stone throw away from the main strip. Only downfall is the ventilation in the room is very poor which makes the room very stuffy.
