I stayed here 3 times over the years and keep on coming back. Would be nice if they upgraded. their beds more often.. The daily car parking is a bit steep if u cannot find place to park. It was very dark and hard to see where i parked

We stayed in 2 apartments here over the course of our travels in Hawaii recently. Rooms vary greatly in quality, fitout, views and maintenance but If you need a large size to spread out for a family and are on budget they are fine. We had 3 teenagers and 2 adults and its very expensive to find accommodation that has...

It is a very old building ,very ancient fittings ,it is a timeshare complex, dogs are permitted into the rooms, convenience store manager in the complex rudest you will meet, reception and office staff very helpful, the only upside, very convenient location the only two things going for this complex is the staff and the location, would I stay at...

We rented two rooms through VRBO/Koko Resorts for late December/early January. The Banyan has a great location and the public areas are old but functional. Parking was included with the rooms. The elevators are very slow and smell. They do not provide luggage carts to haul your bags to and from your rooms. Plan to wash your own towels becasue...

Our room is on the 28th floor and it captures the breathtaking view of the ocean. We had very comfortable one bedroom condo. Great location and only one block away from the beach, close to all premises, highly recommended

Good location amongst the buzz of Waikiki. The buildings themselves are pretty dated and I wouldn't consider the rooms to be up to the standard of a three-star hotel. Very 70s/80s-esque decor; generally bland. If you care about aesthetics or comfortable couches, this isn't the place for you. The rooms were clean and functional, though, and spacious enough (except the...

great location and price if you are not fussed about this place not being modern .. 90 % of the hotels are old and this is one of them. Remember of you have a flight arriving any time before 3pm to try book the room the day prior so you dont have to wait 8 hours like we did. The...

We've just returned from a week there and our view out over the golf course and city was lovely especially at night with all the lights. Our unit was of a good size, plenty of natural light also with it's own small balcony. Only negative is our unit could do with an update as it was a bit dated.

Pros - 1 block from Waikiki beach - 2 min from zoo, 5 min from Diamond Head - very central - comfy beds - reasonable rates Cons - dated decor - small bathrooms If you don't plan to spend a lot of time in the room this could work great. If you do, note the nits above and see if...

The location was excellent, one block away from the beach and far enough from the main road not to have to much traffic noise but close enough for buses and walking into the main shopping area. The apartment we stayed in was tired but had everything we needed. The chairs were worn as was the kitchen and bathroom but everything...
