It depends on which unit you book and the time of year. I booked unit 111 through VRBO, and the owner contacted me directly with a quote. For the 15 days I booked from June 12 to June 27 I paid a rental fee of $1200, a cleaning fee of $100, tax of $185 and property damage protection insurance of $60 (total $1577). Compared to some of the other properties I contacted, it was the most reasonably priced.
