On my arrival at Reception I was informed that although I believed I had paid fully on my booking prior to arrival, the Hotel charged me an additional $10 per day for the "..privilege of using the "facilities"...". This was charged although the Hotel had closed its poolside and pool for repair for a full month. In addition, although the...

This is a very Bad Hotel. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel is pricey too. Doesn't suit to couples, families with kids. I went to Hawaii vacation recently with my wife. We first landed in Honolulu and were excited as soon as we landed at HNL airport. But as reached hotel we were very depressed by the...

Room was nice, clean and quiet. The super helpful Nykky at the front desk upgraded us to a higher floor with an ocean view - and he did this without us having request it. Super customer service from the front desk! That sweet gesture made our stay. True, the interior needs some updating and upgrading. We got a wonderful rate...

Was expecting something a little nicer after seeing website - boy was I wrong. Got there and got slapped with a 90 amenities fee even though have the amenities weren't working. Have access to the laundry room was great paying six bucks a pop to use dryer or washer not so much. Everything was run down and the carpets in...

Outdated, dirty, old, bed hard as a rock.. those words pretty much sums up the room. The first thing I saw when I got to our room was a cockroach, and there was pest control sign all over the elevators and lobby. Initially booked for 5 nights but we left after the first night. The receptionist staff refunded us for...

Hotel was old and outdated. Wifi only available in the foyer, not the room. Lady on reception when we first got there was lovely and super helpful. Later on when we came back the guy on reception was rude and uninterested and unmanned with no bell to ring for service. The rooms were clean and tidy and bed was comfy....

This hotel sits just off the main road and is about a 5-10 min walk from the beach. The lobby area was a bit of a mess with an independent bar/nightclub on the basement level, uninterested staff at front desk and a fast food shop is the first unit that greets you. The nightclub was quite loud but couldn't hear...

Tired, grubby and over priced. Well overdue for refurbishment. Not recommended. Hard to be complimentary of this establishment but I suppose the location is ok. Pool is very basic. Staff were rather disinterested. I wouldn't stay again.

This place posts photos on its site making it look like it's a Condo you are renting.. albeit outdated but still looks livable, it is not, we were given a room the size of a broom closet with stains all over the carpet, the bathroom was moody and even the toilet seat was so discoloured it looked like it was...

For what we paid for it was not worth it.. It was old, we felt like we were at a quick stop cheap dirty hotel. The day we arrived on the 09th Sep 16 we kindly asked front desk for assistance trying to get checked in, the guy (I wouldn't call him a gentlemen) was so rude and unhelpful. After...
