We stayed here via timeshare for a week and had a great holiday. Staff were great - front desk, housekeeping, concierge and location is fantastic. You are between an ABC store and a Dennys and a short walk to beach. Public transport is close by...More
We exchanged to this location and it's just ok. They are in the process of renovating everything, so give them time. The lobby is beautiful with a huge fish tank. Staff is wonderful. Parking is valet only, $25/day or $100/week. Rooms are not 5 star...More
We returned here for our last few nights in Hawaii. At the end of Lewers Street just across the road from Waikiki Beach, diagonally across from Roy's Waikiki Beach restaurant, within a couple of minutes walk of trolley stops and bus stops, this hotel really...More
The folks at the Imperial was very friendly and helpful. From the front desk, house keeping and the valets everyone was great. The room was a little small, but very clean and comfortable. The location is great too, easy to get to all the shops,...More

The front desk people were amazing, I felt right at home from the start. We upgraded to a two bedroom and we were very happy with the room we got. Huge master bedroom but much smaller 2nd bedroom but it worked. 2 balconies and view...More

There is no Shuttle, however there is a service called Airport Shuttle HAWAII23. It is a flat fee of #23 for 2 passengers (I think it is $7 additional for more passengers). We contacted them on line and arranged for them to meet us at the airport. They followed up with texts to say when they arrived (before our plane got there - NO WAITING) and where to find the car. This was a very good service and we used it to go back to the airport as well. A clean air conditioned van with a comfortable ride.

I discovered there is no free parking nearby, but the hotel does give a credit for valet parking. We were there a week and the valet parking was approx $100. The valets were extremely helpful. If you advise you will use your car early, they park close to exit, We planned to leave at 5am to get in line for the Pearl Harbor early tix entrance and the valets arranged for the car to be near so we could just get in and go. They also parked the car one evening and realizing the phone was left in the car, carried it to the desk before we knew we left it. Just smart, and friendly folks.
