We arrived early and Jocelyn at the Front Desk was so accommodating and welcomed us and made us feel right at home. We had an amazing view of the beach AND Diamond Head and pool area from the room. The room was a nice size with a balcony. Happy Hour at the pool was great value also. Nice easy walk...

I have stayed at several hotels in Waikiki and this is by far my favorite. The hotel is beautiful with a large lobby. The staff are the friendliest and most professional I've come across at any hotel. The pool and bar are nice and have great views of Diamond Head and the ocean; and it's lit up in tiki torches...

You can't beat its location at the Diamond Head end of Waikiki, with the beach a block away, Teddy's Bigger Burgers next door, a Starbucks on the corner and a couple of ABC stores close by and, if you like cycling, it's a short ride up to the great diners and cafes on Monserrat Avenue. The pool deck has one...

My room was small but comfortable with a nice ocean view. I was over the pool so open windows meant happy noise, but that's to be expected! The pool area is awesome. I would stay there again! I loved the ukele playing bell boy- always a smile and a song!

staff were great, I was "upgraded" from my diamond view to an ocean view. We did have an ocean view, but only from the window in our hotel, and not from the balcony, which is where you'll do all your viewing. Stick to the diamond head view, the ocean view ended up being a back alley view.

Spent a week there and would definitely book there again. Great location - close to the beach, park, zoo and aquarium while still being part of Waikiki. Wonderful staff everywhere - at the front desk, bell desk and cleaning staff. Lovely people. Room was very nice and clean. It was nice to get up in the morning to see such...

The hotel is located next to the Waikiki Zoo, which is a very convienient area if you have a car since you can park on the street for free and you are just two blocks away from anything. The staff is moslty friendly and the pool is great: it has a Diamond Head view! Did not have the chance to...

We booked a junior suite with an ocean view; we checked in late at night and you couldn't see anything. when we woke up in the morning, we weren't happy with the view so the front desk quickly found us an equal room with a better view. They even helped us store our groceries while the new room was being...

Expectations met, not exceeded. Great location! Rent a boogie board for $10 and use it for 24 hours! Room was unremarkable but nice view of the ocean. Overall a good experience. Probably reasonable for this area...considering. The birds at the pool and open area dining are awful but tolerable. May recommend to an acquaintance but next time we're staying at...

Just left here this morning-I have a few thoughts. First and foremost, the staff is great, very helpful and kind. There is a concierge on the lower level that is actually working for Expedia who was also very helpful. Her name started with an A, i can't remember but she was very nice and helpful. The bell desk staff were...
