I was grateful to receive a gift of travel to this lovely property through my job. Positives-We were there for 9 nights in Jan 2013 and the most important part to me, the weather, was perfect. The hotel was beautiful and I loved my room facing the ocean over the Infinity pool. The housekeeping, no concerns...nice job and timely. Very...

Absolutely breathtaking area of Waikiki! Walk right out to the small beach and the walkway affords up close viewing of huge sea turtles that lazily swim up to the area. Nice mall attached for shopping and great local area for any type of entertainment or additional shopping, dining attractions. I only recommend for those Sheraton frequent guests who are expecting...

Very nice hotel. This is a big Hotel. We found the rooms to be nice. Beds were very comfortable. A very typical standard room. The pool was nice. There are two. The infinity pool is more adult oriented. The other pool has alot of children. We spent alot of time at the beach, but beware, the beach chairs must be...

The 7 nts we spent at Sheraton Waikiki was the worst part of our 4 wk holiday staying at 5 star resorts. The hotel at all times felt like a market place! People everywhere!! It's a crowded chaotic hotel that will not provide you with a relaxed tropical island atmosphere. We were traveling with our 3 young children, 6,4 and...

The adults Infinity pool is beautiful and the staff are friendly and professional. The kids pool with slide is pretty good too. My complaint is it does not feel like a hotel. You have to travel through a busy shopping centre to go anywhere within this hotel including the lifts, the reception, the pools, the restaurant, etc. Our room was...

Stayed with my daughter January 2013. Our luggage was immediately relieved from us as soon as we exited the taxi which was a relief. The lobby is open with breezes coming through. There are great store in the lobby. Check them out. We arrived at 400PM. Check in was quick. They gave you an activities magazine with your name on...

Loving this hotel. We have booked an ocean view room and are really enjoying watching the sea turtles and catching glimpses of whales. The Sheraton is right on the beach and close to lots of shopping, tourist attractions and great eateries. We will be back.

Jsut got back from a 5 night stay in an oceanfront deluxe room on the 17th floor. Each morning we were awakened by the sound of the ocean. The room is a basic hotel room which underwent a soft rehab but very clean and comfortable beds. It's Waikiki an you shouldn't be in your room!! Hotel has shopping in then...

We stayed at the Sheraton in August 2012 as we were attending a conference there. As a family of 5 we had to book connecting rooms. We decided to splurge and booked the ocean view rooms. So glad we did, it was worth the extra dollars to be able to sit on the balcony most evenings and take in the...

This was the last hotel on our 2 week Hawaiian holiday and it was a great last spot. If you want to be central to the waikiki action, great location on beach, hot new sunset bar, great buffet breakfast and dinners- the Sheraton ticks all the boxes. Room was large, clean and great bedding! The wi-fi also worked really well...
