I have lived on the island for almost 3 years now and I always love to come to their roof top bar. Erin has always made my experience here so amazing and if it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t keep coming back. She is such a hard worker and literally does everything she can to make my night perfect. Thank you so much for always taking care of me Erin!!!

The service here is the top-notch. The staff are friendly and responsive. The free lei making class is a must-do to learn about the history of the lei and to have fun making something with your hands. The location is perfect. I spent a week there without a car and was able to get most places by walking. For the longer treks there’s a great moped rental place down the street and the hotel offers inexpensive moped parking in the garage. The rooms are nice. The ocean view rooms are actually on the side of the building but still have good views. The rooms can be a little musty when you first enter but that’s typical of a lot of places I’ve been with similar climates. Just open up the sliding doors and let the room air out. The first floor restaurant is great all though a little pricey. The pool is a great way to end the night. The DJ selections are fantastic (the live music can be hit or miss). The corn fritters and a mai tai at sunset by the pool were my favorite way to wind down.

Incredibly clean, classy, cool bar that was a popular early night spot which made things fun. Obviously right in the middle of things and across from the beach, no complaints They have a longboard food and drinks program that’s a really good value also.

We had three families with four rooms staying the week prior to Thanksgiving. The rooms were very clean and the views of the ocean and Diamond Head were very nice. Pictures online well represented the hotel (pool was so beautiful, the view of the ocean from the pool was a bonus). The location was spectacular. Enjoyed beverages and food at Swell, their restaurant at pool…not overpriced and really good! I have to say -service was EXCELLENT. Leadership must be very good as the staff was so kind (or maybe that’s just the aloha spirit?). Jones at the pool was a favorite, what a great personality. Erin was also fantastic. Too many employees to mention but Shade, Guillermo, kumika, Ronnie, Sina, Micah -too many to name. Definitely would recommend and we’ll stay there again when we next visit.
