    Yes there is some road noise but it is silent after about 9pm. It also serves as a good 5:30 alarm clock for a light sleeper. Elk and deer roam the campground freely. Nice to have running water in the clean bathrooms. Nightly ranger programs...More

    This campsite is totally fine if you're just spending nights here. You wouldn't spend any daytime here since it's not very scenic, has no privacy and lots of road noise. But it's a good location for exploring northern Yellowstone so it worked fine for us....More

    yes the campground is open year-round and does accommodate RVs but during the winter there is a length restriction
