We tented here in march. We had a tent sire near the river. The location is beautiful. Bathroom and showers are very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Located in the middle of Springdale therefore many stores/restaurants nearby. Overall great experience.
I reserved this place for end of March. Due to a recent check up, I have to have chest surgery so no travel. Even the airline agreed to refund my ticket with my doctors note. This place refused to give me a refund. How ridiculous!
