Within walking distance of the Visitors Centre and the many shops and restaurants, this bed and breakfast could not be better located. Larry and Liz welcome you to their beautiful home. Modern, well decorated and amazingly furnished. All the comforts of home, if not more.

We went as a family of 4 adults to Zion National Park. The location of the B & B was perfect. If was walking distance to the park or a free shuttle ride. The rooms were very nice, breakfast was delicious and the views were spectacular. For dinner we walked to wonderful restaurants in town. The owners were very helpful...

We stayed two nights at Zion Canyon. Beautiful house and delicious breakfast! We stayed one night in the Angel Landing room, which is rather small with a tub in the room, and toilet in a very cramped space, about the size of a small closet. The second night were able to move to the Hidden Canyon room which was much...

This B n B sits nestled in the mountains near Zion National Park, a perfect location with stunning views and nice amenities. Liz and Larry are gracious hosts, and Larry serves up a great breakfast delivered by Liz. The table is beautifully set and the house features art from the area.

Beautiful accommodation... Breathtaking views... Luscious grounds... Great night's sleep... Wonderful hospitality... Delicious breakfast... Unbeatable at any price. Dish TV in the room with use of the DVR... Therapeutic massage chairs to use after hiking... High speed Internet... A feeling like home when you're not. This is the only B and B I have ever stayed at that was designed and...

Our stay here was fabulous! It was beautiful, clean, and so close to Zion. The owners go over and above to make the stay comfortable. We loved the massage chairs, snacks in the lobby, and appreciated the tips on exploring the area. The breakfast was superb. Thank you!

Liz and Larry have clearly poured an incredible amount of effort and thought (and money!) into the design and operation of this very appealing essence of southwestern hospitality. They've created a little oasis of comfort in any aspect one could wish, from those massage chairs to the striking circular windows that bring the mountains indoors, to chocolate chip cookies, to...

As anticipated, Zion Canyon B&B was the best of the best. Perfect, quiet location...close to everything yet felt out of the fray. We stayed in the Master Room which was terrific. All needs taken care of--Larry even recorded the NBA playoff game for us in our room while we went out to dinner. Larry and Liz are friendly, A lovely...

This place is so amazing; it is in the heart of Springdale and in walking distance of everything, but is set back on a side road to the point where you feel like it is just you and the beautiful backdrop of Zion's peaks. There are five rooms in this house, so it is a bit bigger than many B&Bs...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Zion Canyon Bed and Breakfast is located next to Zion National Park, which has a myriad of deep sandstone canyons extending over 30 miles while covering 229 square miles. The canyons in Zion were named by early Mormon settlers, and many of the formations in the park have biblical names. The park was established in 1909 as Mukuntuweap National Monument and expanded in 1919 to Zion National Park. The park is composed mostly of sandstone stained by the oxidizing of iron in the rock. Zion National Park with its many canyons contains 75 species of mammals, 271 species of birds, 32 species of reptiles and amphibians, and 8 species of fish in the streams and rivers. ... more   less
