The service is poor.... There is still a lot needed to be done. The service wasn't worth the money ...... why charge for room service when new block is far. Rooms had no tvs, no lights in some rooms. I can't recommend it to a friend.

Reception - welcoming, but slow to answer/respond to concerns eg dirty bed linen, no wifi, non-functioning shower. Room - good size with ensuite. Warm shower when working. Dirty bed linen on arrival - we were told this would only be sorted in the morning. We therefore had to sleep in sleeping bags. Breakfast - Buffet style. Bread, eggs (on request),...

This hotel is adequate for the business traveller. It is clean and safe. However, other posters have mentioned that it is a basic hotel. This is true but you get a good sleep with a good breakfast. I would stay here again.

A group of four of us stayed here for 10 days and the staff are wonderful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is plentiful and tasty. The rooms are incredibly noisy, particularly from the church next door, and this did impact on our sleep. The evening menu is limited but given enough notice they will cook you anything - we...

The hotel might be okay enough, but we came in late and got the last room they had. The room had no window to the outside, but an open window directly to the restaurant - less than 6-7 feet from the nearest people eating and watching TV. Because of this we had a lot of noise. One bed was missing...

Stayed for an overnighter when travelling through, mainly because the Villa Katwe was full. Reasonable hotel and room based on other options within the area. Cheaper than Brovad and equivalent value based on price. Room was reasonable though basic and grubby. Breakfast typically poor. Friendly staff though not best efficient. Would stay again, but probably third to Villa Katwe and...

My husband is from masaka and we traveled to visit his family and booked into this hotel for 2 nights. The prices were rather fair and our master suite was relatively large and beds were comfortable with hospital nets. Overall basing on the price, the accommodation was okay. The morning breakfast on the other hand was a disappointment. They seemed...

I spend about two weeks in this hotel. They have very friendly staff who you can trust, the rooms are definately okay and the showers actually have warm water. Be aware power might be switched off during day time. They have free wi-fi (designated area). In western countries it's normal the rooms get cleaned daily. In Uganda it's a matter...

The time I was there there was a huge wedding party also staying, so the staff were pretty stressed out and over it. Not good. I think because of it's location (a few mins from the center of Masaka town), and lush lawn, they get a lot of functions - so call ahead would be my suggestion. Otherwise, standard yummy...
