We booked for 3 nights there for triple room, the hotel located quite away from night market and center around 15 minutes walk. The hotel still under renovate process, there are a lot of stuff lays down on the floor. Room comes with free wifi but no breakfast, basic amenities but no coffee and tea set; toiletry, kettle, Minibar fridge,...

A little bit away from the center but it was ok. The bedsheet was spotless. The ac, hot water and wifi worked fine. What I didn't like was the almost sheer curtain facing the bed. It was annoying to get the morning sun in your face while you're trying to sleep more. The breakfast was pretty mediocre too.

Michael: Thank you for taking time to review us and we do have some of our superior rooms with blackout curtains and as for our buffet style breakfast, we can only provide a decent spread for what we are charging at USD 2.50 per head

We fled our previous, dirty guesthouse for this central hotel. They only had one 20$ room left on the ground floor or the 2nd-floor suite (I think it's the only suite of the hotel). We asked to see both and finally decided for the 30$ suite (which was a bit above our budget but we had a crush for it)....

Good hotel for the price you pay. Rooms were basic but cleanish. The staff were very helpful and served a good breakfast. In a very good location. Only a few minutes walk from the main happenings of town but far enough away you can get away from the noise.

Pretty ok. I don't know who stays here. I guess someone who wants to avoid the backpackers but doesn't want luxury. I thought it'd be nicer. The counter staff was nice enough, good-ish breakfast, lots of cats hanging around the front desk that were nice. I guess it was ok.

Good basic hotel with comfy beds and spacious bathrooms! Spent the whole day in the room as I was sick and it was perfect! The hotel manager is amazing and very welcoming! Good aircon and a fan as well, which is definitely a requirement in Laos. No complaints at all!

The hotel is in a good location, easy walking distance to restaurants are bars. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is a good size, clean and has the facilities you need. Breakfast is simple and tasty, served 7:30-9:30 which works well as most people are out exploring. Local shops just around for if you need to grab a...

Lovely large rooms with air con. Friendly and helpful staff. It is located at the quiet end and a little too far away from the restaurants and bars. This may be a blessing in high season but it was a bit too quiet in low season.

This was the low point of a 7 week holiday in asia. There is a common theme amongst the indifferent reviews. The hotel facilities are very good. The issue is the interactions at the hotel. There are plenty of other hotels in Vang Vieng

Michael: I clearly remember we had a dispute over your Eco Tour. You came back unhappy after finishing your Eco Tour and complained that you were left out of a side trip to the Blue Lagoon and demanded for a refund and I tried explaining the Eco Tour Package you paid (USD12.50) did not include a side trip to Blue...
