Firstly the reception guy is *super* weird and inappropriate towards women.... Anyway.... The cleaners barge into the room around every 15-20 minutes (sometimes with a screaming toddler in tow) and do minor chores while taking and laughing about you. The reason they do this became clear when I left (to see when they could steal stuff) While checking out I...

We got a twin room for 2 people with AC with a small balcony. After an agressive barginning (not done by me) we got a small discount and paid 135,000 kip. The room was big and clean, but there wasn't a nice feeling. He staff were unhelpful and party of the Hotel was under construction so don't stay durin he...

I've been here 2 days and i wish i could stay longer. The hostel is so cheap and the location is close to the tubing point. The bed is a bit hard but it's ok because you have a 3 star public bathroom. They offer free whiskey from 7pm everyday, so you can drink and play pool, listen cool music...

This place offered a bit of solace in the post-apocalyptic madness that is Vang Vieng. The rooms are clean and bathrooms nice. Air-con costs extra. The only downside is the slightly creepy guy who works there.

We didn't stay at this hostel, however we bought bus tickets to go from Vang Vieng to Vientiane. They had two prices: 30.000 kip : they take you to bus station (12km away from center) 40.000 kip : they take you to the center Of course we paid the 40.000 as we were arriving late at night. When we got...

This is by far the best hostel we have stayed in during our trip so far. It feels much more like a hotel than a hostel mainly due to the fact the rooms are light, airy, big, and clean! We got a room with AC and a balcony for 150,000 LAK. It was supposed to be 200,000 but they did...

Started off on a weird foot with the guy at the front desk because he was complaining to us about his alcoholic father. That aside, the rooms were clean and comfortable as were the toilets and showers. Wi-fi was spotty in the rooms but worked great in the common areas. The best part about this hostel is that it's right...

We didnt book this hostel in advance, but when we walked in they showed us their private room and shared for three people and decided to stay straight away. it's pretty clean, has a balcony and wifi bit spotty. Close to everywhere you wanted to go in Vang Vieng no complain but yah, lack of service from the staff.

This place is definitely worth staying in! Apart from the fair prices, the staff was really friendly and helpful (the guy from the reception speaks English), they could help us with all our needs. The owner often showed a smile on her face. There are 6 and 4 bed dorms in the hostel as well as single and double private...
