It's fine. Price is slightly on expensive side I think, for what the rooms are like. They are clean and shower pressure and heat is good. But hotel could do with a little bit of TLC. Don't mind paying slightly more if rooms are of a good standard. This place is fine for a couple of nights to see the...

This hotel/guesthouse offers rooms for many price-ranges. Prices range from K60'000.- up to 250'000.-. All rooms are reasonably clean and spacious, the bath-rooms had a good shower with hot-water and good water-pressure. The bed was comfy. Wifi is good and stable (not all websites, though). Staff is ok and helpful (english too).

We stayed 4 nights there, for visiting the plain of Jars and waiting for the next bus for south. Prices are reasonnable for what you have, and something which look like a breakfast is included (old coffee, bread and an egg). Our room was tiny but clean, very dark and cold but with a good WiFi reception. The building itself...

Stayed here 2 nights so as to see the Plain of Jars. The reception had some lovely wooden furniture to sit on.I had an economy room, the cheapest they had.It was fine, could maybe do with a paint job due to some peeling in places but was clean.Bed was so-so, by no means the best but nor the worst either. The TV had quite...

We stayed only the one night but it was quite ok though nothing flash. They arranged pick up for us from the airport at no cost, it's very centrally located and the room was fine. The bathroom is a bit dated and needes a spruce up but there was good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Quite adequate for...

We arrived after a long and eventful mini van ride so went straight in for the first guesthouse we saw. The guy at reception showed us a price list which stated that all prices included breakfast. I was told they no longer had the budget rooms but would give us a better room for the same price. I was showed...

I recommend this guesthouse. It is very well located in the center of Phonsavan. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The rooms are OK - you can have them with or without breakfast (I personally always take without). There are plenty of restaurants/things to visit (UXO, MAG) + the food market. There is a safe parking place for motorbikes...

After we had a horrible bus experience due to a crappy, old and overcrowded bus to vietnam we had to get of the bus and look for a competent travel agent. We ended up at the white orchid and the guy who helped us was fluent in english, trustworthy and did everything to book us the best bus from phonsavan...

Way too expensive for such a dump. We paid 25 USD for a double room. The room was quite dark and it smelled badly. There was mould on the walls and on the bathtub curtain. The next day when we came back to the room, there was no hot water as the electric heater was off. Such a shame cause...
